I'm not sure how possible this idea would actually be, but me and a couple other people were thinking that it would be a good idea. The general reason I think that this would be a good idea, is because it would reduce the grinding required to switch organizations. The way I look at it, CQs are just items taken from a victim's body that can be thought of as a trophy for each of your kills (this being how I can easily, ICly, explain the CQ system). Said token can be exchanged at a collector for reputation points. Let's say you killed a Machinist and you wanted Machinist reputation, but were currently a Merv. The collector wouldn't question you killing the Machinist, simply because different organizations tend to wear the same general outfits and/or PvP wear. Even if they didn't, the point that I'm trying to make is that there would be no proof saying that you killed a Machine unless said item/skin/limb/etc went under scanning. Which, honestly, would be a bit much. So you would get your Machinist reputation point and move on. The general idea is that you can trade CQ points for reputation for any organization. A more indepth explanation would be as following: From -125 reputation to 0 reputation, it would cost 2 CQ for each reputation point. (Total CQs needed = 250 CQs) From 0 reputation to 30 reputation, it would cost 4 CQs for each reputation point. (120) From 30 reputation to 50 reputation, it would cost 6 CQs for each reputation point. (120) From 50 reputation to 120 reputation, it would cost 8 CQs for each reputation point. (560) From 120 reputation to max reputation, it would cost a whopping 20 CQs for each reputation point. (I think max reputation is either 125 or 127, so, it's either 100 CQs or 140 CQs.) Total CQs needed for a single organization converserion: 1190, if max rep is 127. This would cut down a HELL OF ALOT on the grind needed to get reputation, and it would also allow the people who like PvPing more than missioning to do what they enjoy most. Consequently, there will be the inevitable whiners saying, "I GRINDED LONG AND HARD FOR MY MAXIMUM REPUTATION. I DESERVE IT."----thing is, there is always somebody like that and there always will be. I'm not happy that Mobius Code and HJ beta were given to the public for 40 pieces of bubblegum, and that the vets only have two pieces of vet gear, but, meh. I'll live with it. I think that the trade-ins shouldn't be done as the chart above is done. CQ trade-ins could be by 1, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60, etc. At the same time, I think that the visual number of CQs accumilated through out your character's life time should stay in your "details" screen. Trading them in would just remove any value from them. I'm aware that a clothing trade-in, a consumable trade-in, or something else could probably be more loved by players, but this would be better than nothing, right? Right, well, discuss. ---ALSO! Before any PvPer comes in here bragging about his/her number of CQs in an attempt to hijack this thread, allow me to state that it probably took quite awhile to get your whopping 20,000 CQs. Meaning that you probably couldn't switch orgs every time a zerg appeared, seeing as how your CQs would really start to wear down after awhile.

Hey, so, like seeing that the devs of this game obviously take everything and at a LATER time release it as new content or no-longer-special content, I figured I would give a quick idea on how to do this for the perpetual items. Each archive FX effect has a 5 minute cool down and each FX effect has a two minute long effect. Now, if we add 3 effects together, that would make it 6 minutes.
A good macro would make it look like you had a perpetual ongoing, as they removed the Singleton tag from these items, but the macro could only go so far, as you would have to stop every 2 minutes for the FX effect to turn on. Now, I could suggest that you remove the thingy that starts up the FX effects in the first place, but wouldn't it just be easier to turn each of these things into a collectors reward? 3 FX effects = One perp. All though this would take away the "special" factor of them as LE rewards, the devs of this game have taken away the "special" factor of the things given to Veterans. So - summary for all that don't want to read my explanation:
Get 3 of a single FX effect, trade it in for one Perpetual item.

Okay, so, like.. I /NEED/ the Duelist tree and I only have 2 mill, so that pretty much rules out buying it. Instead, I'm willing to trade either my Karate, Kung Fu, Sniper, or Rifleman trees for the Duelist tree.
P.S. When I say Duelist tree I'm starting out at Handguns and ending at Duelist.

All right! First off: I have 73 mill on my level 23 Recursion character named <insert name here> (I'll tell the person that contacts me to transfer). I need to transfer this money to Syntax to Jacbenimble! So, like, I'll give somebody 73 mill on their Recursion character and they'll give me 73 mill on Syntax. I know it's a rather trusting action, but meh.. I trust people.
Second off: To all who might post saying, "LOLITGHOUGHTYOULEFT", I did.. for a day. I planned on leaving for good but they just had to bring up that little 'Work in Progress' image retrieval that interested me.

http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2049..._8ab55bd34e.jpg So, like, during the event today.. I ran around and stole presents/clothing from people on my alt which will remain un-named due to the fact that I don't want some people knowing who I am. And after I looked at the presents, I thought that maybe if I traded them something would happen (because of the description of the item). But, nada. I also tried using my hotbar and right clicking. Nada. Last but not least, I searched the description on the forums and also searched the word present/presents. Nada.. What are they for? If they're just a collectible then I sure do have alot of them..

Yeah, every dog has its' day, and mine is January 14th, 2008. I figured I'd make a serious thread with my MSN and list o' future games in it. It's going to be a sad day on January 14th but MXO just isn't the same anymore. So many people have left, and the people that are still here have either changed, plan on leaving, or are just completely and totally innactive. It's been nice guys- later. To whom that play Tabula Rasa: My names are Nick Foree, Nicholas Foree, Operative Foree, and Nicky Foree. (I did it for teh lulz) AIM, MSN, and yahoo users: In order. nick502111, JacbenimbleMXO@Hotmail.com, JacbenimbleMXO@yahoo.net That is all, later to those inwhich luv meh. P.S. I got my clairvoyant title on my last post. Oh, the irony.

The sword of Damocles was pointing downwards into the face of Cringe in the form of a standard 9mm pistol, armed with killcode. Cringe, who is a Zionite messenger carrying two different offers from both the Merovingian and Machine organizations was highly valued by all organizations. Despite his name, he was rather a peaceful fellow, somebody inwhich was trusted with high and valuable information, somebody who could end the war, or atleast do something to lower the casualties with one message, and possibly a bit of reasoning with the higher-ups. It was quite a shame he had to die, quite a shame he was at the wrong place in the wrong time, stumbling infront of the Morrell south hardline, Jac's sanctuary, one of the few places that actually fulfilled him, that reminded him of.. her. The brown-haired villain sighed, shaking the tips of his hair from his vision. It had been a long time inwhich somebody had actually seen him here, mourning her. He was forced to attack him, he was forced to kill him, he held too much information of Jac's background, of the things he wanted to keep hidden. Despite the fact that defeating Cringe would cause Jac's bounty to increase to 'wanted for dead'.. He had to.. Time froze for Cringe, his long blonde hair was quickly drenched in blood as a bullet flew into his left eye's pupil and through to the cement, his death would be quick, no final words, actions, nor the possibility that he would live at all. Cringe had begged for his life, had practiclly cried out for help and offered everything he had.. It was a shame.. As quick as it had began, it had ended.. And a counter-attack had followed, a circle of green code emerged around Jac, Zionite, Machine, and Merovingian operatives formed a circle around him. They aimed their weapons, not speaking a word, not making any other action besides that of raising their weapons. Suddenly, one of them began to speak. His face was covered with that of a cloak, body completely covered by baggy clothes. The figure was sexless, and so was it's voice, due to the use of a voice-masking device. "Operative Jacbenimble.. We want to ask you one thing, and one thing only.. Why?" A smirk accumilated onto Nick's face, quickly fading into darkness as he dropped into a shadow. The word 'fire' is completely audible through out all of Morrell, though the bullets do nothing, they just go right through his darkness, through the nothingness and into their comrades. As quick as it had began, it had ended, Jac picked up the phone.

You begin to read through your newly bought 'Daily Sentinel' Breaking News! Building bombings, car bombings, and murder. Through out the past couple of days there have been several Downtown bombings, all having no evidence to prove that a certain person has caused the explosions. The first one, we thought was a suicide-bomber, taking out the bottom of the Historic District buisness-building, but later we found out that something was wrong with our idea. As there had been no remains of any physical 'bomb' shell or anything to that effect. So we then thought it could of been an extreme fire that had some how gotten out of control, until one of our viewers sent us pictures of a mysterious ghost-like figure lurking around the debri of the building. Fake or not? That's up to you to decide
Then a couple hours afterwards, yet another building had collapsed. It seems that there are over 50 witnesses saying that they saw the building explode. Supposedly it had happened in Westview, in Stamos. Near the northwest corner, the building had a man with a dark brown fedora, a black vest, and 'whiteish' chaps. Crazy, huh? Well. The even crazier thing is.. The same ghostly figure showed up in this picture as it did in the last one. Agent Wong showed up at the site along with Agent West and Agent Norris. We tried to get some information out of them, knowing they'd have an idea of what was going on, but frankly, they didn't speak. They only said, "Leave the area" and, "Compliance -is- manditory."
Not only have there been building-bombs! There have also been several hundred car bombs through out the city, killing atleast 700 people. The man who has sat these car-bombs has not been caught in the act, or caught at all, though we do believe this is the same man inwhich started the building bombs. During this attack, the S.W.A.T team ended up showing up. And Detective Burch began to search the area for what he called 'code fragments'. Supposedly some type of material unseeable by the human eye, stealthed, or something to that effect.
After hearing about these devistating attacks, we, The Sentinel staff, began to think.. Who would do such a thing? What gang is strong enough to cause this? And then it hit us.. Like a rock hitting a glass-house.. Redpills. We went out, and began to interview several redpills. Many of them seemed more clueless than usual, but the name 'Jacbenimble' and 'Nick' came up several times through out the redpill interogations. Is this man a friend of the ominous Morpheus? Or maybe a nickname to the one they call 'Neo'? We may never know. But we do know that police files say that this 'Nick' or 'Jacbenimble' fellow, has killed many people before. Including his fellow redpills. Though, the police say that he has switched his identity several times, and can change shapes.. It sounds totally impossible, we know. But so did that ghostly figure, until you saw it. Obituaries (Over 1,500 names are in the Obituaries. The print is extremely tinsy due to the tight squeeze into the page. All of the names are from car-bombs or some type of bomb.)

Calling all people that have more brains than the common hamster! There is a new horror MMO coming out, supposedly it's skill based and realistic. Besides the constant NPC and player zombies that try and eat you alive in the fully awesome game. Exanimus is in pre-production stage, and will initiate beta stage within a year or two years.. I think, atleast. Exanimus will probably have something similar to live events. With that said, I invite you to to check it out at www.exanimusthegame.com *watches himself get banned for screwing with SOE's marketing *CENSORED*.* PS: All Rpers who have read this and are looking forward to the game, or the RP in the game send me a PM after making your forum account. >Incoming Transmission// ==Securing Link== HvCFT ID: ??Error?? Location: --Error-- Graveyard, 20,000 m from Machine City -Link Secured- The background seems calm, with the small clicks and clanks of average Hovercraft electronical items. The deep voice of an extremely casual and tired male breaks the calmness and lets a rather useless but informing speech To those who are the least bit curious of the recent events in my life, I feel that I not only owe you an apology, but an explination also. Recently, I've been confronted by a group inwhich I pissed off along time ago.. By, uh. Blowing up their small city.. Kinda. They, in the end, rewired and reprogrammed down sentinels. Some of the few that weren't totally destroyed, or picked back up by the Toasters and/or The Rogue Toaster. (Fear Dah Rogue Toastah) They seem to have stopped attacks, ever since our last confrentation, inwhich I lost HvCFT Thermalen II, and the Sentinels - which were destroyed along with it. Recently, I've been constantly under attack. Be it by Machines, Neonites, or the occasional Zionite inwhich has some type of grudge due to a lost family member or friend, whose death, was caused by moi. The HvCFT I first broadcasted from was the HvCFT Thermalen. It was an all ready downed ship, used for meetings and such. Basiclly - it was a somewhat base, which was obviously improvised. And that is all, for now I am okay. Which won't please most of you, but will some. I applaud those of you who continue to try and kill me, and laugh at those who have fallen. G'luck, and g'bye. The transmission fades to static, around five seconds after the calm voice stops -Secure Link Lost- //Transmission Ended//

>Incoming Emergency Transmission// //Secure Link Established\\ HvCFT ID: ??HvCFT Thermalen?? Start transmission: Static fills the transmission until only certain major things are noticed. The sound of lasers cutting through steel sticks out the most, despite the faint screams and sounds of flesh ripping off of something, more than likely human beings. The first thing that comes to mind are 'Sentinels'... While the noises continue to be heard in the background, a conversation emerges around five minutes into the transmission. The voice of an operative known as 'Jacbenimble' is recognized in the conversation, and the static dies down... Jacbenimble: You wanted to meet? Unrecognized female operative: We trusted you, why did you have to betray us? You knew we would be forced to get back at you.. Jacbenimble: Truth be told----Awwe, man! The sounds of the lasers stop, a large slam of a heavy object hits the floor of the hovercraft and the lasers stop for a moment, though their sounds are replaced with a loud clanking noise of something else hitting the hovercraft's floor, more rappidly - as if whatever was carrying the laser was walking. Unknown male voice: Nick! We got a problem they've... Ah! The sounds of the lasers start again, you can hear them hitting several electronic items, causing more static, you can hear around two objects hit the floor, they're lighter than the thing carrying the laser, but heavier than the objects falling from the electronical appliances. The sounds of a person's boots smacking against the steel floor emerge, followed by the sound of the rapid clanking noise of the heavy object carrying the laser, the static begins to pick up, as the thing carrying the laser continues to zap several things in it's path.. Mechanical non-human voice: It is impossible to escape.. The boot steps stop, you can hear two more lasers activate as the large clanking object stops its moving. The lasers go on for less than thirty seconds before one of them hits an electronical appliance that causes the secure transmission to end, and become filled with static.

As we all know - Tyndall has reported that some type of catalyst will reactivate the Smith Virus within---one week, correct? And we also know that Seraph's gone 'nuts', knocking people out and such. I think I may actually have an explination for this, a good one at that. It's possible that all the Operatives that were infected before the System reboot might have a small ammount of the Virus residing with in them. And seeing that the Smith virus is coming back due to an unknown catalyst, that small ammount of the Smith virus that resides in them just might possibly 'ignite', so to speak. And if this is true, those certain operatives that were infected might be attacked by Seraph for a reason: To get that Smith Virus removed. The reports of Seraph knocking operatives out also gave some information saying that Seraph did some type of ritual to remove the code from the Redpills - this code is probably the Smith Virus. -If- I'm correct that means that this cancer will move to Seraph in mass amounts, causing Seraph to be infected. Possibly the only person infected if he extracts the rest of the code within a week. This is alot like cancer, spreading, and killing all in it's path. Please, don't attack Seraph. He's attacking us for a reason... ((If you have any objections go ahead and try and prove me wrong, I've got an explination for probably everything. ))

Around a month later he walked out of his apartment and started rambling... Then went to his apartment and never came back. Is Joseph Knight alive? If so, where is he? I'm seeking answers and his homesite - it had something to do with 01 I believe. But If anybody here has a link or a lead on Joseph's life please, tell me.
