I'd received a private message yesterday and replied. However, now I'm getting amessage telling me that I can't send/receive private messages. How and why has this occured?

I was Awakened on Saturday and have work hard to get to level 9. It is time to begin the search for a Zion associated faction that is active, welcoming, and eager to aid in my quest to becoming an active respected level 50. I'll check this forum daily until I find a faction who'll grant me membership, but can also be reached in the Matrix as Vericon.  Thank you!

Hey Guys I got to level 8 and started doing that mission, but have a problem. Twice I've tried this Zion Mission and twice I get to the place where I am supposed to get the two people to follow me, but I can't get into one of the rooms that has the person I'm supposed to rescue and an exile inside as well. The door is open but no matter what I do cannot get into that room to kill the exile and save the other guy. What am I supposed to do?
