I: Introduction

For the past month since the MA league has gone quiet here on Recursion, I have been very busy preparing leagues on other servers. We are now everywhere, and as I travel the lands watching some of the most exciting fighters accross all servers, I look back missing that, which begun it all, the Recursion league.

Now it's back, last season we had the biggest and most exciting league ever! Now I want to top that, and show the other servers why this league is deemed the greatest of the other servers! I bring new prices, new awards, new stipulations, and more importantly, more Martial Arts!

We have now a new faction league, higher prizes, and a tour not so geared to pesky agent attacks, however we will still be traveling around my friends!

II League and Tournament structure

The structure is pretty simple for the tournaments. It is basically a knock out system wittling upto 16 MAs down to 1 champion. The league is done on a points system, in which you get 3pts per win. There is also a faction league that has yet to be seen in any league, in which your points, and your faction mates, will contibute to your whole factions position

III: Rules and Regulations

- No entrance fee? You will have 1 day to pay back double. If you win a tournament you will get half prize.

- ALL clothing is aloud, except Mother's Coat and Pancea

- No boosts, buffs, Hybrid Builds, and any other form of pill, rage pill, or TB.

- No rolling out of duels.

- No Mobius.

- No shield.

- Stay within range of your oppenent before a duel.

- You will be expected to die/change stance if switching clothes. Everyone dies before a match.

- It's best of 5, first to 3. If you lose, your out, even if numbers fall short.

- No Archival Awards

- No kicking outside combat

- Other rules are subject to be created depending on events.

IV: Prices and Prizes

All prices and Prizes have risen, the following is for Prices:-

Minor Entry:- $i 4,000,000

Major Entry:- $i 5,000,000 or A minor tournament win (Only one win is counted, multiple wins is not multiple frees in majors)

So for me, my home nation sadly didn't qualify (England fail against weak teams). However there are some fans that love football in general and would like to see this tournament for the quality and talent that it holds, and there are also fans with their national teams participating! This thread I shall be updating the scores, and posting results when the time comes, and hopefully we can have some good discussions in the build up to the biggest tournament in Europe!

Well as some of you may know this isn't the first league I have hosted, and I intend now to bring the excitement that has enriched the other servers to Vector. I must admit, I am excited by the potential of the proud vectorites, who could make this league the most competitive yet!

I promise to bring the best I can for you all, and I hope that the talk of who's good and who's not can finally be determined, and I guarentee that those who will win will be richly rewarded!

II League and Tournament structure

Hello Vector!

My main isn't vector, but I do have an alt named Nartation which some of you will recognize. I have run a Martial Arts league on Recursion and Syntax, and I have had requests for one here on Vector. I plan to do something like this, but I would like some answers to some questions! Please do not troll this thread, I am not intending to participate unless I do find the willpower to level, and I do not want this to be a 'I'm better than j00' thread. All of that will be seen as the tournaments progress SMILEY

1) Are there any other tournaments of this nature that happen regularly?
2) What about locations? I want to change it, but will stay in one area if the whole pvp thing gets too hard to manage.
3) More importantly, would you like this inclusion on the server, and who can I speak too (Apart from my faction here, they are great anyways :p), regarding MAs.

I hope you can help me to make your server's tournament the best of all three!

Current Events

Round I saw the new league shape, as Yami showed dominance against the old winners to win the title. Raz was beaten in the final but showed echoes of incredible form.

Round II returned to season 1 normality, as TH picked up his first win of the season. He also beat Aqura 3-0 in the final which he couldn't do in season one.

Round III was massively anticipated with Raz, Yami, and TH in the same tournament, but it was Raz who, beating both, took his first win of the season. The win signalled the coming of a new Grandmaster.

Round IV continued well for Raz but TH in spectacular form defeated Raz 3-0 in the final. It was game on going into the major!

Round V saw Ratbert rise as a promising MA, and it was the new Dragoon Raz who would take the spoils by winning his first major, in what was possibly the biggest tournament in FNT history.

Round VI opened with Pyro getting his much anticipated tournament win of the season beating Raz in a tight fight in the final. He also beat GQ, and TH on the way to his win.

Round VII gave yet another Dragoon a chance to shine as Raelity came out of nowhere to win his first title, beating upcoming Ratbert on the way, who slotted himself in the top three.

Round VIII was what GQ had finally wanted as he beat TH on the turf he had never lost on, and beating Raz and Ratbert he won his first title.

Round IX also had another GQ dominated tournament, but the underdog Mattku won to take his second tournament in his career. This tournament was one of the best ever.

Round X was the second major and Raelity found form again beating Ratbert in the final. Rat looked set to win when he beat a very impressive TH, but it was not enough as once again Rae stole it from him.

Round XI gave a massive shock as new MA Doleo took his first title win, a week after he turned 50! The massive victory shocked the MA world.

Round XII had a tournament where Raz drop out in the first round 3-0 to Philly. GQ and TH dominated and GQ got his win as he beat TH 3-1. After this tournament TH and Raz were the tied leaders.

Round XIII saw yet another final for TH, but Vosiler, new Dragoon 50, beat TH in a controversial final that is still argued today. Vosiler had beat Doleo's record, having turned 50 just 3 days before the tournament!

Round XIV the 30th Anniversary gave it's creator his long awaited win. The third final in a row for TH and out at last he came out victor beating JSuarez 3-2.

Round XV saw the return of Yami, and it also saw the return of his dominance. Yami met Raz in a third final, and defeated him narrowly to be crowned 2 Time Champion.

Round XVI gave Yami another final, but if one man could win, it was TH. The 3-2 return from 2-0 down gave TH the record breaking 4th Tournament of the season, beating a man many touted as invincable.

Round XVII was yet another final for Yami, but once again he was defeated, this time by Aqura (Swimming). After always being the best of the non-winners, finally Aqura was a champion.

Round XVIII saw TH, GQ, Yami, and Aqura depart early, giving JSuarez and Razuache a battle for the title. Once again Raz would be upset as nearly man JSuarez won his long awaited tournament.

Round XIX was Dragoon dominated with Raz, TH and Aqura looking for the title. TH won the league beating Seto, and after anticipating a final with second Raz, Aqura knocked him out to meet TH. The final went TH's way for his 8th Tournament, 2nd League Title.

Round XX is here at last! Will we see the long anticipated Hidden vs Raz? Will GQ get his first major title and take third? Or will one of JSuarez, Yami, Aqura or Ratbert take the hotly contested spot.

Heavyweight:- Top 10 in FNT league, auto shot if you win an FNT round.

As fast as seraphims too. I use it to pvp and in a day it looses half of it's life. Now understandable it wastes away but it isn't exactly easy to get. My area K is red after a year and a half of use, now why can't this be like that? Or perma stable. This is after all, an almost impossible item to get.

The rules for the Combat is this:-

-FNT Rules apply to all championship bouts.

-First to 5 in all bouts.

-The holder must defend the title at least once over two weeks, if not it will be stripped of him.

-A championship fight must be fought in front of me, or an FNT representive accepted by me before the fight.

-The Champion and challenger must both agree to the championship match, with me or a rep present.

-Bets are welcome hehe.

-If a champion fights at least one match every fortnight, and remains the right level, there is no limit as to how long they can be champion.

-I will make a ranking table to face the champ you must beat the number one contender. The number one contender if lost against the champion, must win three matches to fight the champ again.

-All regardless of skill are allowed to challenge the champion.

-If you go above the level required you are no longer eligible to participate in the division. The champion if levelled above retires as a legendary champion!

-Fights can be arranged for later dates, no later than 1 weeks.

A win is a win I suppose, but England could have done alot better. Switzerland are truthly nothing, and any decent team, it may have been a different result. The passing needs to be improved as well, but at least the win came. Rooney looked in good form, and so did others.

Of course we are not victims in this, we have chosen our path and were well aware of what may happen if we continue to act selfishly, and we chose to, and now we have to face the result of it.

For a long time we tried to balance our wrongs by trying to do good deeds. We ran meetings, or organized a time for when Zion could meet. We ran events, and we assisted those that needed assistance, yet this was not always respected, and often we found work was not shared, our work found in specific projects at times was taken, but never was anything returned to us. Even when we had many highly awakened individuals, and we were ready to stand and die for Zion, they disrespected us and ignored our will for combat. Our revenge was bloody.

We turned Zion factions to other organizations, drove others away and made pacts with opponents to kill our 'allies'. We dishonoured ourselves...

We understand what we did so now I am taking action.

No more will Dragoons so willingly serve Zion, we will however remain as a radical outside group, not like EPN but different. We will for blood of combat and therefore we strive for one thing...

Death to all Machines.

We shall eradicate all known machines and spit in the faces of those that aid them. For long we had a truce under their terms, and now they have the nerve to break it. Zion hides and still begs for truce, even we did, yet they ignore us and disrespect us. I am sick of these 'in-human' beings pissing on us and killing our families, I am sick of standing there for what’s right. From now on I don't care about what happens, from now on the Dragoons will strive to annihilate all machines, all down to the last artificial worm.

Complete extermination and destruction of man's greatest failure is now being called upon, do not rest, do not stop, from now on, all Dragoons will hunt machines regardless of whether Zion approves or not.

If Zion needs help against them, or EPN, or even Mervs, we will assist, do not think we are out of reach for Zion, we will still come as Zion's Champions, but note, we do not want peace, and we do not want to even reason with their kind.

Our ships are being moved away from New Zion and will seek refuge within some hidden tunnels close to 01. Our intentions and will to be revealed shortly.

Okay for those who are wondering we are open to all, I don’t like roleplay much in this game because of people who seem to think they are better than others because they value themselves as intelligent individuals, a prime example was when I was called King Of Commoners, this was a compliment to me, but obviously it is not their highest standards.

Martial Artists,

Over a few weeks now the second Martial Arts league has been under way, through minor tournaments. Last season there was a few larger tournaments with a Grander prize money for the victor. It is the same today.

The Major event does not vary in the way it is run rather in who grand it is, and as was seen last season, alot more people generally enter.

The current season has been going well, in round one we saw Yami win his first tournament in FNT history. In Round Two, his faction leader, TheHidden01, took victory by beating Aqura. In Round Three, Razuache got vengeance and defeated both TH and Yami to win the tournament. In Round 4, it was TH again that beat Raz in the final. So far the table is looking like this:-

Currently the tournaments have been filled with quality and it will be fantastic to see more Martial Artists, and the return of the current fighters.

I have recently made a low level character for specific reasons and it's been a while since I have killed choppers. I noticed that there are no enhaced clothing drops and all that thing. All I got was non-levelled gloves. Now I think it would be nice for the lowbies to be able to pick up enhanced clothing early, and start to think about clothing early.

2. DeathWarrant

Can cause massive damage on any team, un-deniable his talent, which is evident in about 30k cqs.

3. Pyro20

Quiet, but always cool, and has an assortment of skills ready at his disposal.

4. SetoChang

Quiet man, that works brilliantly in the faction ranks. He is not the most known, but internally he is fantastic, a great team player.

5. Mattku

Again good solid team member, and as such is always working hard for the pvp team.

6. Wehirio

Hated by me at start, but got to know him, and great chap. Great leader of men, and overall a superb pvper used to working in a team with the best SMILEY

My team is based mainly on team work, rather than individual skill. However each are very individualy strong.

Top 10 Rules for PvP Success

1) Your strategy is the only strategy: Clearly you are the ultimate PvP fighter and you know all. Of course by extension this means your strategies and tactics will undoubtedly own all on the battlefield. We all know that that in your vast experience in PvP earning a grand total of 400 CQ's (380 of them from your team no doubt) give you all the knowledge you need to take Mara C by yourself. If anyone says otherwise they are clearly a noob and you need to tell them this, remember, people will respect you more if you swear and cuss a lot.

2) How to fight an MKT: Forget ILing them, they will be expecting that, shoot at them instead, they'll throw a few knives but will soon run away, cause we all know when an MKT runs around a corner they will never be seen again, clearly they were scared away by your aggressive tactics. If you get rooted REMEMBER TO STAY ON SPEED TACTICS so when you see him again you can shoot at him until he runs away. If you keep this up the MKT will know better than to F*** with a badass like you.

3) How to fight a sniper: Don't root them to stop them from jumping, try and free fire them into a state THEN interlock them, all snipers are honourable foes who will never run from a battle. But most important of all, if you spot one on the bridge whatever you do DON'T SAY ANYTHING, that will make them aim for you, better that a team mate falls then you, besides, that noob should have been looking out for snipers.

4) Shield are for pussies: This is especially true if you are an MA. You want to get into interlock with people and the best way to do this is to not have your shield up, by having a shield you waste precious seconds where you could be in IL pwning them all. Don't worry about MKT's, if you follow the steps of rule No 2 you will never be punted. And if they do punt you clearly they are exploiting. Remember if there are no badguys around to stick to speed tactics, you want to be able to hurt them the moment you see them.

5) Your team can read you mind: If you are on a PvP team it is only natural to expect all the other members to be Clairvoyant. They should know exactly what to do even if you never tell them. In fact, if you do ask them to do something but it doesn't work its all their fault anyway, they should have known better than to follow that tactics that was destined to fail and clearly you were testing them to see if their knowledge was extensive as your's.

6) If you get into trouble, RUN RUN RUN: HJ if you need to but get the hell out of there. Your team should immediately note your distress and come to your aid, regardless of what they are doing. If you have a few people chasing you remember to run AWAY from your team, that way they can catch your assailants from behind in a deadly pincer maneuver.

7) Bitching wins PvP wars: If you happen to die, remember, it is never your fault. There are many reasons that can cause your death but your own incompetence is never to blame. Print out the following list and keep it nearby as a reminder as to what you can blame. Remember to constantly spam this along with asking for rezzed until; a) Your are rezzed or b) Your reconstruct timer ends.

- Being Zerged
- Lag spikes (Pronounced "Laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaag" Wink

- Random Bugs
- Your own teams incompetence
- Even more Sploitz
- Enemy Healers
- Missing your FAR/Foot Sweep/Piston Kick
- Running out of IS
- Wrong Clothes on
- Wrong buffs on
- Abilities breaking (Regardless of whether they broke or not)
- The enemy using a noob/cheap tree (Remember to remind them to "Get a real LO", being the ultimate PvP champion that you are they will take your advice to heart and change their LO)
- and finally yet more sploitz.

((This one is especially for hackers)) Remember, Logic Cannon is the be all and end all of hacker: Logic Cannon is an awesome move, use it as much as possible, its application is universal and can be used to resolve even the stickiest situation.
- MA broke your shield? Use Logic Cannon, they will immediately start running away to avoid being hit by it.
- MKT got you rooted and running at you disguised? Use logic cannon, they will be frozen to the spot with fear as they see the deadly attack being charged.
- Being Zerged? Thats right, Logic Cannon again, all your assailants will stop immediately and discuss over team chat who is being targeted by the attack so they can tell him (Cause no girls play this game) to switch to block tactics.
- Just been hit by a sniper shot? Turn on that sniper and use Logic Cannon, they will immediately jump away rather than face the fury of the dreaded logic cannon.
- Facing off another hacker? Logic cannon saves the day, while they are wasting time stacking DOT/Debuffing you, you are charging the Logic Cannon to kill them with, by the time they realise what you are doing its too late.

9) Flag up only when necessary: If you see a team mate being attacked 2 v 1 don't flag, stand nearby and watch, flagging up is a waste of time, they need the practice anyway. Besides, its their own fault they were caught by two people and you need to teach them a lesson, they will thank you in the long run.

10) Your tree is the only balanced one: Every other tree that people use is clearly overpowered and broken. You are an ultimate PvP champion so you don't need an overpowered tree to win, you win from pure skill alone, everyone else is a noob who needs a real LO and you need to remind them of this constantly, eventually they will catch on and change their wicked ways.

I: Introduction

Well here we are again, back in full swing and approaching our first round of FNT II. Last tour was the development of a weekly meeting to an eventual league, what it lacked however was broadcasting, and here now it is.

What I cannot promise is masses of animation, unfortunately I am not blessed with this artistic talent, but if anyone is interested in helping then please message me.

What I can guarentee however is:-

* Weekly tournaments that are generally run without disturbance (15 tournaments last year).

* An experienced team that knows how the tournaments are run.

* Simple rules, and easy to start events which has been seen by many MAs.

* Prizes which has always been paid the moment the tournament has been completed.

* An upto date league table, and many other new things that I will reveal when the tour begins ;)

II: League and Tournament Structure

It has changed this time round to try and combat the '1 fight, 1 tournament win' feel. Gone are the last man standing tournaments (For the time being), and in are the always liked Knockout structure. There is also a league structure, or round robin, if numbers drop to 7-, however this happened once in fifteen tournaments last season.

If the numbers are odd, which is a likely event, I will detail what will happen and how the system will work. It will include a system where suppose we have one sat out. He will fight the winner of the first match, the winner of that going through to the next stages.

The League table is also going to change, gone are penalty points, now it's just 3 points a win, 0 for a loss, simple! The table will be put up each week, as detailed as last tours table.

There will be 16 minor tournaments and 4 majors, each vary in prize.

III: Rules and Regelations

- No entrance fee? You will have 1 day to pay back double. If you win a tournament you will get half prize.

- ALL clothing is aloud, except Mother's Coat and Pancea

- No boosts, buffs, Hybrid Builds, and any other form of pill, rage pill, or TB.

- No rolling out of duels.

- No Mobius.

- No shield.

- Stay within range of your oppenent before a duel.

- You will be expected to die/change stance if switching clothes. Everyone dies before a match.

- It's best of 5, first to 3. If you lose, your out, even if numbers fall short.

- No Archival Awards

- No kicking outside combat

- Other rules are subject to be created depending on events.

IV: Prices and Prizes

All prices and Prizes have risen, the following is for Prices:-

Major Entry:- $i 5,000,000 or A minor tournament win (Only one win is counted, multiple wins is not multiple frees in majors)

I can't believe I am hearing this, but does RP really dominate this game so much as to be so pathetic as what I have just learned?

Now recently my friend, Raz, told me he would like to join Dragoons, the faction he was currently in was Pluribus Neo. I have no spite with PN, and as far as I know our factions do not collide in any problems.

Now tonight was a live event, and Raz, still being in PN went to this event, it was an EPN event. Now I do not know the full details of the event, but I know he killed a lv 70, got the final killed. He was then told he could get a perpetual sword, or something else along the same lines...

Later that night he joins the Dragoons, and waiting for his reward does he get it? Nope.

Now I do not know if this is a dev decision or not, but he was told by Reposco that he was not aloud it for leaving EPN. Considering he earnt that item, and has his name on the kill, he is the only one entitled to the item. Just because he joined a new faction he is told he cannot have! This is absolutely disgraceful, and to think a man's done the work to get an item, and is excited to get it and told he can't have because he is spited by someone who obviously is bitter.

Raz is a good man, and I understand RP and its concepts, but this is too far. Why should he be victimised for this? Why should he be denied something he earnt!

Now I do not know if Rarebit made this choice, or it was the liason alone, but to think that this happens, speaks volumes of the recent shouts of favouritism.

What are your thoughts on this, and please think of Raz here, not only Roleplay.

This is the final tournament of the tour and therefore possibly the biggest. Throughout the tour we have seen many fantastic duels, dominant winners, and unlucky fallers, but this is the final hurdle the last place to cut the rivalries. This is the final of the Fight Night Tour!

Entry: $i 5,000,000 or if you won a tournament after the last major (Raz and GQ)
Prize: $i 100,000,000
Rules: No boosts, no overdrive, no shields, no pills, and fighters must be stood close enough to interlock. You will be killed before a match. Also Halloween masks will not be aloud in duels.

There will be also an entire table produced of who did what the tournaments, and the overall rankings. I am looking for 16 entrants, apply here or ingame or show up on the night, however applying gets you first position

To those who take part every week, I may not be there at the start, 9pm GMT. I should be but I may not, if this is the case then Poochini/wanat007 will take charge of the tournament. It is at the monument in Historic S, and should be a good tournament.

To those wondering about the tour, it is due to finish on the 26th October, and will begin again at the beginning of December, that one will be 10x better than this one SMILEY
