For the past few months now, 60% of the time I reconstruct after dieing, my game goes in a 5 minute black screen phase, then crashes. Also, I have been getting sever lag, hardly able to move in a straight direction for more than about 15 m. What could be the cause(s) for this? It all started around the time I changed my screen resolution, but I don't know why that would have anything to do with it. Then again, I don't know much about computers, so... Any help?

Anybody have a Clamor set to sell?

Machines

- Machines are the enforcement in the Matrix. The main motivation for choosing to side with the Machines is that this organization is seen as the most condusive towards keeping balance of the Matrix and protecting the lives of those still connected to it. Agent Pace took over Agent Skinner's job when he was deleted by the Assassin. Some people that work with the Machines are the Architect, Griffin, Gray, and Pace. The current intel is that Neo's body has not been recycled and they are no longer in possession of it. Order from left to right is: Agent Pace, Agent Gray, the Architect, Agent Griffin, and Agent Skinner.

Zion

- Zion the last remaining human city on Earth, hidden deep underground and is concerned chiefly with protecting its citizens from the Machines who see those who have "awakened" as a threat to those still connected to the Matrix. Those who choose to work for Zion usually enlist in the Zion Military and see this as the best way to protect the ideals of freedom. Some people who work for Zion are Niobe, Ghost, Morpheus, Colt, Locke, Tyndall, and Roland. When Commander Lock dissappeared, the Zion Council elected Roland to become the new Commander. Roland gave his duties of captain to Colt after his promotion. As for Mauser, another one of Roland's crew members, he has been seen inside the Matrix. This is out of the ordinary because Locke presumes him as KIA by Sentinels in Old Zion and he is a free born. (As you already know, free borns can't jack into the Matrix.) Order from left to right is: Tyndall, Niobe, Ghost, Colt, Mauser, and Morpheus.

- The Merovingians are the main exiles in the Matrix. Some people that work with the Mervs are well, the Merv, Persephone, Malphas, Ookami, and Flood. The Merovingian are in a unique position in that they need not concern themselves with the traditional hostilities between Zion and the Machines, preferring instead to act only when the situation would proves advantageous for themselves or the organization as a whole. The Merv hired the Assassin to kill Morpheus, which he succeded. Order from left to right / top to bottom: Persephone, Flood, Effectuator, Merovingian, Malphas, Ookami, Twin, and Trainman.

Cypherites

- Usually seen as the more extremist element of the Machine organization, Cypherites follow in the footsteps of Cypher, who desired to return to the bliss of the Matrix even at the cost of the lives of his crew. The Cypherites initially wanted all redpills to be reinserted back into the Matrix. However, after learning that reinsertion is not possible they have since pledged to keep others from being awakened as they were. They are known for using radical means of doing so. The Machines are somewhat aligned with them though only in convenient situations. The people who work in the Cypherite Organization are Cryptos, and Veil. Another person named Sayleen also seems to work with the Cypherite org, but not much is none about her. She is also the cypherite that was responsible for the death of Captain Jenaro. There was also some previous members of the organization that are now dead, they were Enmascarado and Gemaskeerd. Order from left to right is: Veil, Cryptos before, Cryptos now, Enmascarado, and Gemaskeerd.

E Pluribus Neo

- EPN is a split group from Zion. EPN are devoted to what they deem Neo's legacy. This mostly involves giving all human beings the opportunity to question the true nature of their "reality", the Matrix and to have the choice of the red or blue pill. Very much against the Machines, and Cypherites in particular, there are some more fundamentalist schools of thought within this organization who believe that the only solution to humanity's problems is to free the entire human population from the Matrix. Shimada was just recently killed by Veil by her jack being pulled when being jacked into the Matrix. The Kid was recently injured from being in the Oligarch no fly zone and now has a huge scar down his face. Some people involved with EPN are Shimada and The Kid. Order from left to right is: The Kid (Michael Popper), New Kid (With Scar), and Shimada.

Invalesco's Group (Eliminated)

-While Malphas was 'kidnapped', Invalesco attempted an underhanded power grab against him, promising to turn humans that joined him into immortal vampires with his source code. It was soon revealed that Malphas and Ookami had not been kidnapped, but were hiding from the Merovingian. Invalesco led a revolt against the Merovingian's domination of all Exiles, attempting to assemble as many humans to their cause. However, Ivalesco was unsuccessful in this attempted to rebel and upon Malphas' return, Invalesco was hunted down and killed. In between this infighting, the Merovingian was able to defeat the rebellion and capture Malphas and Ookami. Subjected to torture, they were submitted into his serving the Merovingian out of fear, and the attacks ended. This is picture of Invalesco:

The Assassin (Eliminated)

- The Assassin was a very dangerous enemy in the Matrix. He was an exiled machinist program that liquidated the dead to feed the living in the pods. When he asked too many questions, he was sentenced to deletion, but escaped to the Matrix by the Trainman and Merovingian. He grew powerful and tried to destroy the Matrix himself to get back at his creators. Eventually, a weapon inform of an Insecticide was created to kill the bug-based Assassin. Upon the realization that his inevitable death was fast approaching, the Assassin split himself into multiple, weakened copies, which all spread out across the Mega City, in order to do as much damage as possible, in the hopes of destroying the Matrix before his imminent deletion. As battle raged across the city, the redpills managed to destroy all but one copy of the Assassin, which was later chased down and destroyed by Niobe and an unnamed operative. The Influential Operatives that killed the copies were theconstant, mpminoc (passed down to Craint), Cap0ne (confiscated by Brewko), DjWakko (passed down to Plizkin). Upon the realization that his inevitable death was fast approaching, the Assassin split himself into multiple, weakened copies, which all spread out across the Mega City, in order to do as much damage as possible, in the hopes of destroying the Matrix before his imminent deletion. As battle raged across the city, the redpills managed to destroy all but one copy of the Assassin, which was later chased down and destroyed by Niobe and an unnamed operative. The Operatives who killed the influential copies of the Assassin were: Wurp (passed on to IllFace), PaaWaa, Riac, and GirlNextDoor. Photoshop help: I have an an object in an image. The object is all one color, and the background is different color. How can I take the object from that image, and put it into a different image? How can I resize, rotate, reflect, and copy that object? I'm guessing this has something to do with the Magic Wand, but I'm not sure. I'm using CS2, if that's needed to be known.

A lot of people claim themselves or others to be the greatest at a certain class. The '08 Olympics depicted it as such:

Spy: Brommerz

Hacker: Bayamos

Gunman: Pyro

But, I'm sure plenty of people don't consider these people to be the greatest of their classes/overall, and have their own opinions. So, I was curious on who everybody thinks is the best in each of these 5 categories, as well as Sims (not much competition in that field, but w/e). These opinions should be based off world PvP and Duels. Try not to flame the hell out of this with arguements, just post your opinions (and maybe reasons why) or positive comments about someone else's. This thread is with all due respect to the winners of the '08 Olympics. These are who I think are the best:

Spy: Epsilon (I can usually handle spies, but never this guy)

Hacker: MonkeyCraze (always destroys me, no questions asked)

Gunman: Pyro

MA: Bayamos

Sims: GDisciple (you've mastered a hard thing to use)

Overall: Bayamos (seems to be the best with every load on average, not necessarily the best with one inparticular)

Today when I activated my Mobius Code ability, System Chat said "Your Mobius Code has granted immunity from attacks and abilities" or something close to that. This is the first time I've ever seen it do that. How often does it happen and how long does it last?. I heard it was something like 0.2% but I'm not sure.

It seems that MKT vs Guns is the most one-sided fight in this game, considering the large accuracy and high ballistic defense from MKTs. What are some tactics gunman can use to kill and MKT? What are some good clothes?

4 of the SMG abilites say that they affect "Enemies within cone". What exactly does that mean? Does it work like an AoE, or does it spread from the person using the ability outward like a cone?

I am using an SMG Specialist loadout currently and I can't decide what is better: My Clamor or my enhanced FM-13SKs with daze enhancement. I do get a 15% stun chance and +2% accuracy with the Clamor, but they only do 13pts of base damage. I get 5% daze bonus (totaling 35% all together) which is good for Full Auto Reduxes and 15pts of base damage. Which is better?

I am very familiar with all of these kinds of stealths: Concealment, Escape and Evasion, Sneak, and Disguise. The only one I'm not so familiar with is Invisibility? What's the difference? Is it harder to be detected? Do you move faster?

Another question: Does the Master Shadow Grant give the "Stealthed" state?

9mmfu comfirmed some where that this ability does work and that it "removes the penalty for firing into interlock". What is this penalty?

From what I've heard and from experience myself, it seems impossible for any one person to be able to win in a 1v2+ fight. I think this is kinda lame and that if you are an above average fighter and your oponents are not, you should have a chance of defeating them both. What are some ways the game could be changed to make this possible? One I can think of is being able to activate 2-3 hyper defense buffs at once.

Also: About the Multi-fighting ability, was 3+ person IL ever possible? If so, could this be returned to the game? I don't know much about this as I wasn't around until after CR2 came along.

I know that Dazed reduces all damages by 5 points, Staggered reduces Toughness by 5%, and Off-Balance reduces IS cost reduction by 10%.

What is the point of silencers?

I'm not sure how wide-spread this is, but I finally found a lvl 50 sniper rifle with a stagger bonus, and I have it decompiled and can make more. It has the same damage as a Hasley (14 pts, 5.5 sec re-use), but with a 5% chance of staggering for 10 sec. So, for any of you rifleman/snipers who like Three Round Bursting, this is for you. $i 10 mil each.

It's hard to do one of those boxes that take so long already and have a group of 5 reds just come in and kill your whole group. If they don't want knew content, that's fine, but why can't we have any? This content is very hard, and time consuming, and it's just annoying to have a group come in and destroy you. This isn't like normal pvp, where you don't have a lvl 50-70 ninja beating the living hell out of you.

I understand that we here on Vector enjoy just blowing eachother to bits, but I wonder: Does anyone actually think why they are killing someone? For those of us who somewhat RP, when you attack a "red" is it just because you can or is it because they actually impend your beliefs? For those of you who don't RP, why is it that you just go and kill something as fast/hard as you can, trash-talk to them, and not even wonder who the person is or why you're killing them? It's as if every arguement (mostly for no reason actually) can only be solved by beating eachother into the ground until one person stops coming back.

I recently had a "disagreement" with an enemy, and because he didn't like how I handled the situation, he asked everyone of his factionmates to hunt me down and destroy me everytime they even heard of me being in the area. And, most did without a second thought. They just decided that their faction mate must be right and that I'm a baby-eating satanist. I asked one of them why he was doing it, and he said "idk" "im just a soldier" "im a hitman". So this means that because we are fighters, we can't question why we do things? Why should we be so ignorant?

The first paragraph is merely a question and not a way of shaming Vector. I just don't understand why all we are supposed to do is kill eachother over and over again. Maybe it's like this on every server, but I don't know because I've only played on Vector. Many of you will probably just think I'm an idiot and that I don't belong on Vector. Just like everybody else...

1. When fighting an MA as a gunman, which is better to use? An SMG Specialist loadout or a Duelist one? What about against Hackers, Guns, and Spy?

2. As an SMG Specialist, what is good ballistic accuracy and damage? For a Duelist?

3. What are some ways I can improve damage when using my Sniper/Expert Rifleman loadout? I currently use the Elite Commando suit with the Overdrive Bandana instead of the helmet. I also use the abilities Dual Submachine Guns and Dual Handguns. With all of that on power I can get 100% ballistic damage bonus with 34pts of damage. I don't know if that's good, but my guess is no because most of my Sniper Shots deal 1,000-1,200 damage.

Any other advice is nice. Please give me as straight of an answer as possible.

1. Does the Prison Mentality Device have unlimited charges until it becomes unstable?

2. For the collector The Archaeologist's 22nd trade, you trade your female Torturer's Gloves, Tiger Master's Gi, Squad Leader's Shirt, Seraphim Shoes, and Prison Mentality Device for the same thing except no gloves or shirt. What's the point? You actually loose something while gaining nothing.

3. The same goes for the 23rd trade. You trade your male Torturer's Gloves, Tiger Master's Gi, Squadleader's Shirt, Seraphim Shoes, and Prison Mentality Device for the exact same thing, but you don't loose anything? What is the point?
