The re-use timer is half a hour, seems a bit too much for a ab that fails half the time.
and if you switch to block while the re-use timer is still going, the ab icon thing looks like its finished

was farming 01 today, and every time i used logic bomb in combat i got the animation for silver bullet:
was told that this also happened out of 01 and for other abs (like code nuke) so i thought i would post this and see if it helps

i don't know if this is the right place to post this but...
Zero One seems to be bugged, when ever i am in their, my abs ALWAYS bugs, me and a friend were in their and both of our abs broke one by one untill i couldn't even roll out of combat... anyone else get this?
