Cryptography

 

What does this even do . They have a crypto tool and all, but nobody i asked , which was like 15 people, kenw what it really did and advised me to not upgrade it or use it or whatever cause its a waste of money.

What do you decrypt for what purpose?

What does an interface do? How do you use it? What tool is required to use it?

I have alot of RSI fragments from earlier on in the game, i still havent figured out what they do or what they are for, if anyone knows please tell me.

Anybody heard of what happened to that cypher thing? is he still around or was he eliminated?

Alright so im not really a noob, ive been playing for awhile, but i save lots of stuff.

Neos insight---what does it do??

Zion Hradware Requisition----What does it do , How many uses?

Box of valuables---Is it really so valuable?
