ever tested the rooting with and without it on to see the time difference?

those in pair gives you 5% and 5%

what 3% shoes you have?

I thought you'll never find regular drop shoes that will give 3%, certain damge bonus% items are setup that way. so when you have the best general drops you'll get a certain percent bonus.

But thats what i told myself.

Also you ever do the math with viral damage bonus% and the viral damage pts from the hacker style? or maybe i'm thinking of accuracy. To me it's almost liek there is a penalty applied to viral accuracy bonus% in the style(never seems rounded down to the nearest 5% or giving the full % either)

liek it's always off by 3% or something. maybe it was just a bug i had DE or whatever. it seems the math is always off.

it could be anything tho. hidden penalty? rounding.

If your using IH in a team then you'd want damage but if your stated your not going to see that much. more.

killing sleepwalkers with IH only gives you like 10 or 20 more damage per nuke, which you'll lose cause of the is regen lost from not having a dragon or seraphims on. but yeah if you go max damage when farming and its the diff between 1 nuke or 2 then go for max damage in pve.

lil off topic but....

I love mech 9.2.3. accelerated exiles spawn on you before you get to your first waypoint.

perhaps we could get generic missions that spawn whatever you wanted for cheap cash and xp(or none)

If the game is on its last leg, then maybe open all the old chapter collectors.

Sucks for old players, cause the old collector items would be unlocked.

Even if they rolled out the old chapter collectors and mission tokens for items wouldn't that be 36 weeks? thats what 9 months? I dunno...I'm to easily pleased in game.

I forgot who said it but I'd love some recycled content. or even generic mission drops that you collect to get keycharacter rsi captures? or even other key character fx books? I really don't know what else to ask for in the game.

well it's 99% instead of 100% which from what i hear bonus% gets rounded down to 95%(from99%) and I loose some damage points..lol which is the point of loading improved hacking anyways lol, But IH went to 49 pts instead of 50(25pts base)25*1.99=49.75...rounded down 49, so I guess it is adding 99%

maybe it is something with a base of 20 that I am thinking about.

also...when messing with another char. I noticed my martial arts expertise is only giving 2% when added up completely.

Well either that or belief isn't really 50%

also..i know your attributes don't show up on the bonus% when nothing else is adding to it. so I dont' know if my attribute is bugged or if it's martial arts expertise.

from my attributes I think belief started at 8. 30-8=22...which would give 44% bonus if that was bugged like that but it's not.

I just don't know.

I could try fit some numbers...say since i'm level 42, it's only giving me 42% from belief plus the extra 6% from the character type stat devoted ascetic(belief attribute starts at 8 instead of 5..meaning 6% over the cap based on level)?

i upped my focus to 30 as well and firearms expert is giving me 4% but it ballistic accuracy says 52% instead of 54% which further makes me think the applied bonus from attributes is capped on level.(maybe that's been talked about before I dunno. but standoff isn't giving 4% either way lol

Thats the only way i could fit it in my head maybe.

But standoff still seems bugged cause i'm 50 on that char.
