What makes me chuckle is that back in the day when I googled Skyscream it was just a bunch of me, a plane Lockeheed is building, and some dude that mistakenly thought Starscream of the Transformers was called Skyscream.

Now... it's a bunch of me, a bunch of people who use Skyscream as a forum name now, the plane from lockeheed, some musician with a .pl site (i think it's a musician. it's in an language that isn't english) and a whole freakin army of people who can't get the name of a transformer right. LOL.

Hello my old friend. How long it has been now? You and I on opposite poles? I remember when my comrade Hal and I discovered you meeting a certain someone in Debir court. Hardly anyone believed us you know? Then suddenly you became almost famous. So much speculation. So many hounding your trail. Ah... good times eh? I'm stunned by how often we agree on some things yet end up on the opposite sides so often. Fygment and the Neonite. Hell of a title for a book eh?

 Alas these days my concern is less for the bluepills and more for the safety of the people I swore to protect. Just us you swore so long ago to protect the bluepills... I swore to protect Zion. No matter what. So now I sit at the radar waiting for that cloud of death to come for me. Perhaps when this is all over you can sing of my bravery? How I stood at the gates and screamed my defiance into the face of death itself? I think I would like to hear that song. The song of how a progam named Forr Matsee and a human named Skyscream loved each other and faced certain doom to protect the freeborn. How a ragtag group of humans who Believed tried to save the world. Ah.. it would be a grand song to hear!

 I hope before that day comes you and I can sit together and talk like civilized beings. Like in the old days. Back when redpills thought nothing of leaving a stack of bills as a tip for a bluepill waitress who means nothing to them. It's been many moons since I've seen anyone do that.

My time is short sadly. I cannot speak for long. With these trying times my fleet spends a lot of time reassuring the people of Zion. Our presence helps keep the calm I think ... if only a very tiny amount.

Um ... Can't for the life of me remember the name of the first person I met. I do remember the first person to help me. Disch0rd. He ran past as I was resting. Then later helped me get the boss in a, higher level than me, hideout. cr1 ftw! I still have those perception glasses. hehe.

I usually don't respond to point by point dissections of my speeches since I consider them a bit rude. But ... here's a couple bits from a recent meeting Agent Gray had. I find the bit about the Cypherites rather interesting. Not that I didn't already know the Cypherites answer to the Machine years ago but it's nice to have a bit of proof.

Agent Gray: We are currently moving to nullify Zion's ability to inflict harm within the System.

Agent Gray: Zion has in the past attempted to destroy the Matrix. This activity was halted by threat of destruction from our Sentinel fleet.

WB sold the rights for the Matrix Online mmorpg to SOE.

SOE owns The Matrix Online.  Can't remake THIS game without SOE's permission. At least to my knowledge.

But considering I've been hearing doom and gloom about this game for over two years... and we are still here... I'm not going to worry about it unless an announcement comes down from SOE.

I'll just keep enjoying the game.

I haven't noticed a whole lot of D-r-a-m-a on syntax. Sure there's some. Always is... but it's usually brief and sputters out fairly quickly.

Syntax RP is pretty good. Some really good concepts out there. Some great factions. Some great people.

Some great stories....

Mara C is pretty much just the pvp spot. Even old time RPers like me just go there for a spot of combat fun. Can't remember the last time I actually saw any RP there.

With Tabor West down .. STILL .. I've been spending a lot of time around Tabor East like many other rpers.

Overall.. I'd say Syntax is a pretty laid back friendly community.

Redpills never have found their way out alone.  They have been let out (7 male 16 female) and allowed out (awakenings), in a situation like that there is no out with the exception of those few who self-substantiate and drown when there are no Zionites left to collect them.  Live sound in the knowledge that freedom and quite possibly 1% of humanity for the rest of time will die with you.

You seek only victory, once again needing to assert your dominance.  You haven't come very far from the cave dwelling monkies you so resemble.  There can be no victory.  Destroy 01 and you wipe out almost all of humanity and the survivors will tear themselves apart fighting over the scant few resources of this world because supremacy is all they know to fight for. That is if there are survivors.  01 is not the only Machine city.  They own this world.  Their numbers are beyond your imagining and their technology beyond anything you have seen thus far.  You think sentinels are all they have?

There can be no victory but peace.  But first their must be trust and this situation, and voices such as yours, have set us back years.

The Machine wanted it's own place.. so they made one. But Humans didn't like having no control. They were afraid. Now the situation is reversed and we find that the Machine is so very very human after all.

 Neopill stared at the ruined equipment around him and swore. Profanely. It had almost worked. The young woman standing at the pier managed to bring help. Melvina. He would remember that name.. if he lived. It wasn't looking so good right now. The few meager supplies he had were gone. No water. No food. Wreckage for a hovercraft. A lot of dead people for a crew. Nothing was going right.

 He sighed and sat down in the middle of the useless broadcasting equipment. They had managed to get him to a signal booster. It was good to see his fleet mate Copperfield again. But it was too much for the old ruined equipment. He remembered saying something about signal strength before sparks exploded in his mind and he was dumped unceremoniously back into the real. He had a few burns from short circuiting equipement practically exploding around him but he didn't have the strength anymore to even try to inspect them.

This was his last desperate hope... and it failed.

There was nothing left to do. No avenues of escape.

This is where it would all end. In the middle of nowhere.. alone.

 He knew where he went wrong now. The connections he had jury-rigged between the broadcast equipement and the distress beacon weren't the best. They sort of worked though. Diverting energy from to the small blinking box constantly beeping it's silent signal into the night may have been a bad idea. Now everything was cooked. The broadcast equipment. The beacon. His hair. Neopill lay back in exhaustion not even caring that something was poking him in the back. He was too tired to feel pain. To numb. Plus he had a low rumble in his ears that was more annoying. Neopill sat up suddenly. As suddenly as he could manage anyway. The sound came from behind him somewhere. As he turned slowly to look lights flashed on turning his surroundings from night to day. It blinded him for a long moment. He raised one arm to shield his eyes and he noticed for the first time how thin he was now. He wondered how long he had been out of food. It didn't seem like that long ago in his mind. The lights in his eyes became blurry and covered in darkness as he toppled over. The last of his strength was gone.

Neopill woke suddenly. He was floating. No. He was being carried very carefully. Metal tentacles held him gently as he moved slowly through the air. He tried to struggle but with his endurance at it's limit he passed out again.

 "Neopill." A voice whispered in his mind. A soft voice. One he knew from somewhere. "Are you awake?"

 "Yes." He croaked out. Or at least tried to. His voice wasn't working. His throat parched from thirst like never before.

 "We found you." The voice whispered again. "Thanks to Melvina and Copperfield. The others too."

 "Where..." It was all he could utter before his energy fled.

 "You're safe now." The quiet voice sounded relieved. "We'll have you back with your people in no time."

 Neopill pried open his eyes. He was laying in a soft bunk with clean sheets. All around him were medical supplies and equipment lined up neatly on shelves. The bright lights almost hurt and only highlighted how grimy and thin he was. A water bottle with a straw of some sort was suddenly before him. He sipped before trying to speak again. He looked to the side and saw that it was a tall woman holding the water bottle and staring down at him with concern written upon a face that could grace any magazine cover were it not for the old scar above her right eye.

 "Sky..." Neopill croaked out again. He was tired. Real tired.

 "You're gonna be okay my friend." Skyscream whispered. "You're gonna be okay."

 Neopill looked up at his old friend and saw the concern in her eyes. The lie upon her lips. She wasn't sure.

lol Mind!
