Im looking to upgrade my graphics card but unsure what to get, i am currently running a Radeon X1600 (i threw it into my new system when i built it just so i could play games) but i want something faster so i could run call of duty 4 a little smoother. i don't want something that will have problems with MxO so i guess that puts the 8 Series DX10 cards out oft he question. i was told that the 7900GTX is a pretty good card but said i would ask and see what people recommend. im looking for Dual cards also to give power hungry games a that little bit extra Juice. any suggestions ?

Just came across this.. and TBH i cant wait to get my hands on one its called the Z Cam and is being developed by "3DV", It is based on Eye toy type technology but it actually measures the depth of movement on screen as demonstrated in this video.. The technology has been in development for 10 years and the product is expected to be released this year at a cost of £100 complete with a game." it will no doubt be a challenge to the Wii controllers..

Couple play computer games as children starve, facing 12 years behind bars

An American couple became so obsessed with internet computer games that they forgot to feed their babies and have pleaded guilty to child neglect. Their two children aged 22 months and 11 months old respectively were strongly malnourished and reportedly close to death after doctors examined them through the intervention of social workers. 50% Damage Bonus From Perception.

30 Pts on Perception and Focus.. thats 30Pts X 2% = 60%, but as you can see from my screen shots, i am only getting 50% on each Bonus. ... it seems to be with all gunners... not sure on other abilities.. is there a reason why its not adding up ? (I.E there by design) or is it bugged. From what i hear the "Status" screen is meant to be the most accurate of the screens for judging buffs ETC...But this just does not add up.. any one seen it before ? got any ideas ? lolz

Any one have any ideas, its been doing my head in how it is even possible. I had 180 Resistance when i was duelling. and the most i have ever hit with a power Clamor is 180 - 200 Damage. Id also like to know whay it comes up "Your Error Stuns Riac" i mean y would i do that, just why !!

I Tought id start one Ive allways wanted to do a bit more Photoshop related things for the game but never really get around to it.. i tought if i make a thread with my images and try keep it goin it might persuade me to do it a bit more often, So here goes 1st image.. Are you actually going to change your RSI once u get the pills ? personally i dont plan to change my main .. ive always wanted to drop the tattoos and change the hair colour to the darker type, But come next patch i dont think i will actually edit her one bit. ive played the characther since i joined and have become used to it. and people can recognise my Rsi because of what it looks like now. im not saying i wont be using the pills, lol my alt needs to go on a diet. And Could posibly do with the hair being Dyed and cut >.<. But i am wondering what changes will you be making if any at all.. will it be a total make over or a simple removal of something..?

Well ? Some people love to be a couch potatoes and maybe spend a couple of hours watching T.V.. others Play video games, Do Sports, Read and so on .. Personally its music for me, Mostly indie stuff if i just like to chill .. It depends on the mode im in i guess, but i love my music.. be it House, Rock, Pop , Goth, Heavy Metal, Trance, Jazz, R&B, Soul..... U name and i got some of it.. i prefer not to keep to one genre (what's the point in just tasting the top layer of a cake when there so many different layers in it)... there so many great artists out there, I been into music Since forever and love to just sit, chill and listen ..

Personally, id go Cypherite, With my Main. I like the whole Crytpos Blue pill story line ..That and i know alot of machines/Cyperites.

So is it possible to do it ? even if there was a change in user opts id be happy ^.^, I play on a 26 inch screen and use a "1280 x 1024" Resolution, it looks pretty but it would look so much better if i had the ability to scale the UI with a Slider... WOW has this and i thought it was great... ive often heard other players say that they would like a larger UI Too.. but being able to keep the nice resolution on the game action itself..

Well we all have seen companys on ebay selling MxO info and power leveling services. My question is if SOE and other online gaming companys dont like services like this.. y dont they just sell it them selfs ? i mean its a product that can be pulled out off thin air and obviously it is a good source off income if these companys are still at it .. It would also help in the shutting down of Companys who force people to Farm & Powerlevel in games until they colapse All for a low wage and crap working conditions.

More money towords the game would be awsome. allowing players to purchase extra items (I.E Info)when they need to is a easy source of income... My other question is if SOE applied services like this to there sites would you pay for them or would you be totally against it even tho it would be supplying a good source of income to the game.

Personally i would have no problem with it if they did mainly because of the fact it would be more money for the game itself, Would i buy ? Probably not .. i got enough info that i built up over the last year from selling items (that i farmed) to other players that rather PvP than level up an alt and farm sakura for a few days/hours...

Just said id post it to see how people react to the idea.. More money means more LE and other things good for the game..

Any one ever here of it ? it can happen any time when im using another computer.. the Computer runs fine and then All of a sudden i get the BSOD and a message saying Bad Poll caller .. Dumping pysical memory comes up. the computer was self built, i havent had problems with built computers before.. its just this one >.< i can post what ever details once i get home ... anyone have any idea of whats causing it or what info to post to help figuire out whats up ?

ok So 2 weeks before halloween, i upgraded to 2 GB Ram.. the game was running Smooth as ever with not one flaw and i would hardly ever lag (unless in areas where there a LOADS of players). the halloween patch hit and all was fine untill the hotfix went down to "Fix" the bugged animations and Lag that players wer having in the zombie areas. Ever since that Hot fix was put in place my MxO lag has seem to gotten worse every day. Right now wen i jack into an area that could be totally empty of players i LAG so bag all my textures appear White, buildings dont load up and moving at all seems imposable.
i can run the game in Low details and drop all the goodies (Over bright, Green tint, AA Etc..) but even at that i lag on ocasions.

So far i have checked

My Ram (tought i might have screwd over or somthing)
My other games are Running Fine. ( i have checked other games COD2, Guild Wars ETC. they all run fine,)
My hard Drives are not Clogged with crap. ( i got 2 of them and there both not more than 50% full)
Both Hard Drives have been defragged.
No Spy ware or Viruses. (Ran nortan and Spybot)
Ive Updated my Video Drivers.

Is there anything else i can try before i uninstall mxo and give up ? im getting Pretty Pee'd off, theres Probly somthing thats right infront of me that i am missing out on or havent checked/tried... any suggestions ?

. its a wierd lag ... textures load real slow goin tru hardlines some times.. NPVS load up all white just the Frame of the npc with a white coating...

Er... well its all in the title .. vecor just is gone crazy :/ Archive mobs arent spawning, People cant interlock me in PvP. i couldnt log out via the HL all the Buttons wont respond. and i cant log in now either... O.O

Since Benches get broken after u die sitting on them why not hav it so u auto Ex the /sit comand wen u die... it fixes the problem if u type it out, i doubt it would be hard to do and it would solve the bench breaking in Mxo lol its only one of those not so important thingst hat can happen but it would sort the problem O.o

Since Stun was changed so that if u get stuned, and another person stuned u it canceled all Stuns out. Well since tha was put in it seems Stun isnt as popular in PvP any more. the new Stun would be The Good old "Rooted" its become at a point were pvp against the Zerg isnt even a little fun any more... one time you had a chance against them but now its Constant Rooted moves been thrown again you in Pvp altho u can still shoot out whats the point ? when u have over 10 zions Trying to interlock you. theres 0 chance. now i have to say meros and mechs use it to but it is getting very anoying... so i was thinnking why not have the same thing for Rooted as what was done with Stun ages ago, i mean that worked great and i think it would work out well in Pvp, and actually give people a chance to fight back.

What do you think about adding Blips to the map for when in missions, i think it would be pretty Cool .. i mean how many times have you lost ur npc becuase it went off on its own on Stat hack missions or on regualr missions.

What u think about adding a Right Click - Invite option to the chat window.. personally i think its a good idea, it also stops u having to type out Rsi Names like "4664646616161" or the ones with 2 i instead of L's. It seems like an easy thing to do but what do i know SMILEY

Why even have them when our Regen is Cut by like -90% in combat by EOC.. u only Regen by tiny amounts, and it makes some items not worth wearing, Making Certain drops with IS and Health Kinda Worthless.. Most people go Accuracy,Damage or Resistance nowadays so y not bring back the Regens into the game. i c the point in not having it to high but its Wayyy to low Right now IMO

I had this idea last night it would be pretty cool on a Pvp server any way not sure how well it would work on non Pvp servers. Imagine having No Org just against every one in game no teaming with others just an all out free for all. im sure it would be an easy thing to put in game. 9mm is able to roll without any tag so it is possible to do (unless its DEV only account thing) Theres also no problem with Story lines, becuase there would be none. im sure its much harder idea to actually put in game but i think it would be interesting.
The only Down side would be the Question of would people being able to stick it, Being Solo all the time. i know id make one of my alts have no tag if i was put in game. It would be interesting to c how u fend for yourself in pvp without a team of 5 others helping.

Good Points :

Easy to add to game (if 9 mm can do it the ability to do it is there, just a matter of making it so the players can do it)
New Content (kinda)
A totally new perspective on the game for players who have seen what its like on each side of the Organisations.
it would give those people who think they are all that in game and think they can Solo anyone an idea on how they would actually do on there own.
No Story line needed to be added (meaning no extra work for DEVS)
No Crits or anything like that (But they could still run any set of Crit missions once there Archived)

Bad Points:

Will people Actually Stick to it, if they went Solo.
it Wouldnt Work Great for a person who is leveling but id probobly make it a level 50 only thing (on vector any way)

im sure theres more bad points.. i just want to see what the Comunity think of this idea....
