Recently my roommate threw soda on my gaming PC and all I have left is my Laptop. The only game I really care to play on it is MxO, but the last time I tried it was like running Crysis on a intergrated card.

Basically, I need some stuff I can put in the UserOpts to make it run a lot smoother, aka make it look like EQ 1.

I'm running with an ATi RADEON XPRESS 200M (127MB) card, Vista OS 32Bit (I can't figure out how to format back to XP on this laptop :/ or I would), 446MB of RAM, and Intel Celeron M Processor 520 @ 1.60 GHz

So basically since I only have 446 MB of RAM it's hard to run things on Vista. I just need some help on making the game run smoother if anyone can help SMILEY .

I mean they're mainly just sitting in our loading area, and I'm sure a TON of people still have them.

Maybe a N30 Ag3nt mask or something. Don't know if anything like this has ever been brought up, just an idea.

So, Zion is located in America right?
So how do they know Japan, or Eurasia, etc don't have remaining cities? Are there power fields in these locations? They referrence Heathrow Airport in the movie, so there's obviously cities other than MegaCity. Do operatives that need to work in Japan just jack in there?

8800 GXT for the record, I know there is problems with these cards, dunno if it's card related.

I made a thread here where I was told this was a DirectX buffer problem and a restart would fix it.
After a restart and reinstall the same error persist, though only in screenshots - not ingame.

.JPGs save just fine, it's only .BMPs

I was just wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem.
On Machine Archive Mission 1.1.1 - you are required to take 'Mosquito' to 'Finsen'. When you get to the room Finsen is in, Mosquito automatically toggles of Follow, and walks away in the wrong direction - rendering you incapable of finishing the mission.

I have repeated the missions three times, to the same effect each time.

Before entering the room.

Ok, so am I extremely *CENSORED*, or are these doors seriously bugged? I don't want to do this whole mission over [although I obviously have to] and then it bug on me again.

So what am I missing, or am I missing nothing?

Ok, so I just went out today to buy a 1 gig stick of RAM. I coupled it with my other 1 gig stick, but now my computer says I only have 756 MB. What the *CENSORED* is up with that?

If anyone has a diagnostics tool, or a way for me to figure this out... Please help!

Ok, I also have a problem with alt-tabing in and out that I forgot to mention. I have to tab out a lot and this almost always happens when I do.

This makes it nearly impossible to play, and was wondering if it was my GFX card [8800] or if my client is simply *CENSORED*.

I was wondering which of the blocks are easiest to complete when it comes to speed. [Level 40] I've been doing 9.3 for the loot, but with the change to archive missions giving full XP, it would be nice to know which I can run for more a more effective time.

I don't have the info to do it hacker style [and after I reactivated my account Hacker was GONE] so, I have to do this with pure KF [as that is what I have.]

What are some tips for farming whatever the guys name is in the hut with Kung Fu? Spam BFK/DMS whenever I can? Or should I use power over speed/etc.

I've got a problem, though only slight.

I recently upgraded to an nVidia 8800GTX GFX Card, and the game just looks simply amazing. [Minus when I have the work around for the 8xxx problem of course]. The only problem is, this doesn't translate to my screenshots. In game it's like - "Whoa!" In Photoshop it's like - "*CENSORED*..."

Is there a way to upgrade the quality your screenshots are taking? Am I doing something wrong?

Also; I'm only running at 1024x768 [I need a new monitor next, anyone got spares? SMILEY
