i 'm sorry to boring you but i'm very sad , it's the second time i can't log in the game:

- first time, it was my character is already in use when i wanted to log in, with chance it was on tuesday and on thursday i retrieved my character after the update/thursday .

- and now , the second time, it's " my account is already in use" , it happenned after the update/thursday, i'm so sad , i wouldn't waiting for the next updating on thursday; there's one week to wait . and i don't know if this update could fix this incident " my account is already in use", i hope it' will do?.

i knok at all doors for help , please , could you give me some information or could you do something for one player who need help. it's too long to let faction and crew, all objectives and missions factions are suspending for me .  could you tell me , please, if there any issues or fixing  by SOE for this incident, do i must wait the next updating for fixing.
