Well I had a play but I ain't sure on the result.

Though we pay and play on this server, we do have a responsiblilty to maintain the server; we have all talked about trying things to make Vector different from the trash talking spamming server we became known to be. We have done alot to help, pvp in areas other than mara c, Rpvp, people staying IC at all times, these things are good. I want to know if anything else can be done that we are not doing, I mean there is new people coming to Vector weekly now, seeing new names crop up and some are brand new newbies. But what happens, they meet nearly no one on their travels for many levels, why is this? because we all go off and pvp in higher level districts, this is good I like it BUT.... who is around to welcome the newbies? I mean the free trial thing starts in a couple of months, who will be around to great the trialers? Uriah is for the most part void of life of high levels 90% of the time and god knows what the newbies think.."man this place sucks, wonder what the other servers are like?" then they leave and join Recursion or Syntax.

My idea is to have a routine/roster, atleast 2 people from each faction hang around lowbie areas, not just Uriah and Mara but the others like mansdale and Zia etc, if we rotate 2 members of each faction we can have "guides" to help newbies learn the game, meet people and join factions. Since this server has less trash talk they will more than likely stay and Vector will eventually re-gain it's name as the server to be on. When events are on get the lowbies there by any means possible, let them get involved, encourage them to role play, do positive things and receive positive things simple.

That's my idea, we don't HAVE to do it but it would be nice; any other ideas would be great to. Now we have focused on getting rid of the bad eggs, we need new fresh eggs; we need ways to keep our new players and to increase our population. When that trial is released people will be coming to try out the game and see what it is like, afterall MxO did get a 7/10 rate a few months ago by a website. People will wanna know why.

Increase anyone? not just the names but look at how many are online in total, like over 400. Not seen that in a while

Ding, anyway that was some time ago now. Before I learned some new tricks.

here is my latest, it's nice weather, and Twaggy's new hairstyle is alive (oh and on another note I have not even looked at the guide to hair enhancing just yet SMILEY

)

Now Twaggy is a "dress me up smart" kind of guy, but he also likes to keep some roughness about him. I did just that in this image to show it, he is nicely dressed but with the "I just got up" look with the hair. Now most of that sunlight was already there, all I did was cut out tyhe background sky and saturate it and brighten it up, merge it back in and then use some over bright tricks. I then took Twaggy's hair, gave it a more indepth colour, sharpened it slightly. Then used the easiest way to re-design hair, I used the smudge tool on about 4 pixels and at 75%, just some simple dragging and you have messy hair. I really enjoyed making this and I wanna play some more with other pictures I take or if anyone wants me to try this style with their picture post the image here or just PM me.

the recursion event on 3/16/07 had a major turnover of players there. From what I could see, and a certain picture showed a hell of alot of the MxO Comunity there. Made me realise the truth, MxO's population is starting to rise slowly once more. Now yes Recursion is the one with the highest population right now but I have noticed an increase on Vector too. So I give you an enhancement of that image I spoke of, I hope you like.

So anyway, decided to restart this thread now because of my new rig.

I have a glitch in the forum, it seems a certain thread (actually numerous) that I have been posting in has missing...posts. Now I know they are still there cause if I search for that post it is found and displayed. However when I go back to that thread the posts are not there again. Is this known and what will be done about it? I don't think it is my side as I have deleted all my cache and tried again, even tried on a different browser.

I recently just built myself a new rig and it currently has the new BFG GeForce 8800 GTS OC 640MB (OC meaning overclocked already), OCZ (4GB in total) DDR2 1066 CL5.0 DUAL Channel SLI-ready RAM sticks, INTEL CORE 2 DUO E6400 1066FSB and the ABIT AW9D - Max SLI motherboard. Watercooling all way through it and next month Im sticking another 8800 GPU inside it for SLI and maybe a Physix Accelorator too.

It looks the sex, just like this game does too xD

Tony runs in the opposite direction and the two men follow him, easily catching up to him; they grab him. Tony’s life slowly begins to fade, darkness surrounding him; suddenly Tony hears gun shots in the back of his mind.

Unknown Man: Run!

Tony feels his legs start to move, his eye sight returns and just looks forward and never stops running. While running he can still hear gun shots, but suddenly they stop. He stops running…

Everytime I close my eyes, I see it. That place so bright, it's beautiful; addictive. Yet when I do go there to see it's beauty I feel pain, it hurts so god *CENSORED* much. What is this pain? Why do I feel it?... *CENSORED* it feels like someone just kick me in the chest; but with so much force that it echos.

Why do I see it? I saw it before I ever went there, is that possible? heh hell if I know, all I have in my head is the beauty, the pain... and three words. Wonder what in hell they mean??? maybe I should tell someone, or maybe I should not. I might just be insane... but how would that explain the location? DAMMIT!

This is really starting to *CENSORED* me off, ever since that day when things went so *CENSORED* wrong. I was at work, then I was suddenly home many days later. How in hell did I keep this so silent? It drives me *CENSORED* nuts! What the hell is wrong with me?

This conversation was boring to say the least, the drug didn’t take full affect on me just yet so I could at least resist giving them damaging information regarding the French man’s groups. The drug was working through my body, I could feel it working it’s way through me; then it took affect. Not before I felt my throat been crushed of course, MemoryWIPE seemed to like hurting people.

I laughed at this but then she just relaxed, smiled and watched me being turned around; I dunno what was worse… the feeling in my chest from the kick or the pain in my *CENSORED* when I landed to the ground.

Torture was painful as you can imagine, then again not everything about it all was bad; I certainly enjoyed Mem’s strange way of hurting someone. She must have forgot I am Merv heh.

This went on for sometime, most of it was something I would very much rather forget… but some will be unforgettable too. Eventually they had what they wanted, and both were indeed satisfied in more ways than one; they disposed of me. The odd thing is they left me alive, their biggest mistake. As it’s said, Revenge is a dish best served cold; never been more true than now for me.

So this is me, my life has been changed. No longer the neutral party inside the Matrix, now it’s simply war…

So I thought to myself, laying on the ground; "Why in hell did that happen???". Ofcourse I knew what happened and why, I was a jerk; but *CENSORED* I never knew that girl could hit so hard... wait; it's the Matrix, she can hit has hard as her mind will let her duh.

This is how it works, it's very simple and can get very fun.

I type what I want (could be anything) and then you type what you want me to do or have etc (again can be anything but make sure you make it so that this can carry on!) then the person after you has to type a "what I want" for you! then so on and so on.

Let's start this and see how many we can do before lockage!
