Now to fix the level 51 problem...

i am stuck on authenticating now where as last time i didnt have a subscription...

It seems to vary for a lot of people. Some people get what you are describing, some get that picture, and some are getting into the server with no abilities loaded and their 50's are level 40's...I am glad to have the picture than logging in to see I am a level 40 again

I keep the same error as well...hopefully all of this will be dealt with soon...good old SOE is ticking us off til the very end! Our last event is going to be up against a team of lvl 255 CSR's to get us out of some situation and still fail miserably...

I'm having the same issues as you guys...not sure what happened there...and SOE wants us to keep us for a different game? They are really messing up their chances with that...as if the ditch wasn't deep enough already

Alright, I got a pm from Virrago saying to call customer support. Pick MxO and Account Billing. They told me that the free trial isn't automatically going into effect for some reason. Everyone with the problem has to call 1-858-537-0898 to get cleared up, they will submit a support ticket on your behalf and then they should fix your problem within the day

They were sitting on a money maker, didnt utilize the game and the following the Matrix has. I will laugh whole heartedly when DCU and The Agency fail.

I'll check out Everquest II during the trial period to pass some time, but yea you're right about advertising.  It's the one thing I never understood about how this game was operated.  So many low cost social marketing networks they could've used.  Shame.

Ya, that's good and all but does anyone have their trial working? Can they actually play all of the SOE games right now or are people having trouble? I can't access any of them for free and they keep telling me to resubscribe.

Oh I meant to get the other games for free. I resubbed to MxO only and was hoping to get everything else for free anyway from June 1st to August 1st...a lot of people are having trouble getting into the other games for free for right now

Neat idea but it seems to be based mostly on luck. just tried it about 10 separate times with no success of finding any nodes in or near the terminator area...

When I first got this game I had my doubts just due to the fact that I was stuck at Mara C for 3 days the first week of release with Twister from Shadows of the Infinite...but after that it was a great experience.

It would be cool if they could reactivate the zombies and pumpkins, collectors for Winter and Anniversary events, and the tickets so people can get last minute things but I highly doubt that would happen. I can dream...

The way I see it is, if it turns out exactly how they want it to, that for a monthly price (hoping cheap) I am getting a bunch of triple A title games that I can play without updating my computer all of the time. I think it saves money in the long run...not sure though. Plus if you can rent the games and they are cheap...you are saving about 50 / 60 dollars a game if you beat them in about a week. Idk, maybe thats my crazy logic...
