Greetings ladies, just signed up for one month to see how things are moving along in this very large chat room we call MXO. Ive already seen some old familier faces, it's a pleasure to see youonce again regardless if your mech, merv or zion.

Morpheus is nothing more than a SIM from the General... mark my words...

So I hear that the SOE station pass will be going up in price to around $30USD Yes you get access to a bunch of games, most of wich are utter crap, some were very good though like SWG and MXO..lol

I say we band together and request more funding for MXO, mainly in the form of staff...SOme DEVS would be nice 1 or 2 people as aprt of a small but dedicated LET.

What do you guys think?

Some say they are bugged others don't. regardless of the fact, Ive seen many like myself who have recently made the choice to create a character on this server, and others who still have not reached the level cap.

What this means...Well I'm willing to help any zionists run missions on a regular basis in order to level up. At the moment i'm basically a noob but I welcome anyone to team up as it helps in any case, if you are lower in level than I, then missions will be easier for me to complete and you will benefit from the XP and the rep ppoints.

At the same time if you are higher level, then you will get easier missions and beenfit from the XP and rep points as well.

This can only be a win-win situation for anybody who needs to level up.

Ok seriously speaking what is it going to take for SOE to start spending some cash on this game.

All we have right now are a few dedicated souls who maintain the servers running and the game running.

I don't see any real progress being made. And let me clarify for the fanboys when i say progress, i mean real new code.

The only thing we are being given is the old stuff left behind by the rpevious devs, slowly being released to give the appearance of new material.

So I ask again. What will it take?

We cannot go into player advertising, becasue for $15 a month no other game requires it in order to bring people in to play.

SOE isn't willing to advertise for who knows what reason..Maybe becasue it's not their game, or because they are not proud of it?

or maybe they just bought the engine but had to take and support MXO untill it died while they used it's engine for another game?

Lets get some ideas out here on how we can convince SOE to tell us the truth or their excuse

Everyday I see someone bashing PDS becasue they don't understand spanish, and truthfully yeah they get upset like all of us and they will say things on area chat that areoffensive, but then again few epople can honestly say they have never said anything like that to any other player in area chat.

Yeah so your not very fluent in spanish?

Neither are they in english, but instead of letting that stop them they keep playing and they play a lot.

They have been around since Beta and they are regular people just you and I, just most of them live in spain if not all of them.

you gotta understand the culture in Spain it's very common to use what we consider as foul language, in a regular sentence. Kind of like us when we talk to our closer circle of friends we use all sorts of *nice* words.

So maybe some of you need to lighten up when you get a comment from any of them, instead of the ussual "OMG *CENSORED* does that mean, let me get a translator on the forums"

I mean seriously do you care if someone said something about your mother in an MMO? That would be a definte sign that you are still between 6-8th grade.

Recently i have been a witness to a great crime, MXO vets leaving the game.It has been happening in my server (Vector) and I'm sure it's happening to you as well. This as usual is not their fault, most of the time as all of you know by now it's the lack of content and well I'm pretty tired of it myself.

So here is the problem:

CR 2.0 is a financial and time consuming drag for SOE and it is interfering with the live events that we all remember paying for when we bought the game. We all know that our current combat system is just fine minus a few trees or abilities that need to be balanced and/or the introduction of some other trees to counter

Solution:

We have a peaceful protest until we get what we want or we get some answers as to why this is happening when we all know how this story is going to end (just think nge)

Example:

When ZEN master was "accidentally" released it almost put to a halt the complaints of VD. That is just one example of good work from our DEVS. And I'm sure they have more up their sleeves.

If you agree with what I mentioned in this post, please reply and leave SOE your comments there is no assurance that this will change anything, but I want it to be clear that the community tried their best when they had a chance to stop something bad from happening.

Well, I understand that QA has recently opened I also know that it's still buggy as hell. But I have one concern that is shared by many, why do we even need the CU 2.0?

Let's analyze the reality of things, we have all gotten used to our current combat system, we have been using it for over a year (if your a beta veteran like myself) and well were used to the abilities and the attribute system.

This game has been loosing players for a few months now, and the reasons are all the same

"lack of content"

Why not invest all this manpower and time in creating more LET content in the regular servers instead of wasting time changing a combat system that overall was just fine.

Yes the current system needed some work, yes some say hacker was overpowered, the 5 second roll out timer, and the different kinds of exploits that people had going.

But don't you think this new system will have even more bugs in it once it's launched? Or that it will further upset more people who will end up quitting, because still there is a great lack of content?

Hopefully others can agree
