WOW - Yes I can't believe it myself.
APB - Looks neat, just not sure when or if it will come out.
Fallen Earth - Looks like it has potential.
SWTOR - Looks good so far, just so far away.
Champions Online - something I have to research first.

Only Played on Method/Heuristic so can't comment on the others.

But when they did the server transfers Method went from busy, to just as busy if not busier. Method was the highest pop server I do believe back then. Working from mem of course on what was posted on boards.

I am trying to signup for the forums but can't think of a good name...

Still this will probably be the next game I play hard core, although i'm looking at FE too.

I would say the same, but I never had enough time to split time between two people affectivley. So they would have had to offer it to me as Hanzyl early on Method/Recursion or with Gretyl on Vector and well that wouldn't be much of a secret. haha

Gretyl has not a single person on ignore, I think overall I didn't stir the pot so I had no troubles with anyone and I don't think anyone had troubles with me.

LET was great about farming her to 50. You guys took it so seriously. It wouldnt have been an issue if the Furious Angels and Cyphs weren't so hellbent on chasing her across Downtown all the time. We had such great PvP battles though. We'd be running missions downtown and FA would ambush us at the hardline and then we'd call in reinforcements and they'd call in reinforcements and we'd have a huge battle in some random part of the city and we'd inevitable be outnumbered by Zion and I'd go running across the city toying with them. I remember I got so good at evading those 50s when she was level 25. Go up one elevator, run to the other elevator, go down to floor 16, stealth, wait 15 seconds, go back to lobby and walk out the front door.

Then start talking to them while stealthed next to them and start the whole chase over again.

Golly, those were the days.

All the mervs were super great and we ran so many missions and PvP-killathons.

That is why i love vector.

I have a few favorite moments I suppose. One being when Rarebit first got me on the ship, I was with one or two more EPN in Westview and he was like "Ok, try to look cool" and I was like "huh?" and then he spawned Cypherites on us -_- and then I was kind of confused and he said "Fight! Im trying to take screenshots!" then it was too late and he didnt get any. Favorite moments with the players would have to be right after the Oracle died, and when we met with the Oracle for the last time. There was some really good RPs  and ideas floating around at that time. I also really enjoyed all of the different personalities on Vector, it was quite a change from my old haunt. They were much... nicer for the most part, besides the ganking of course *gives a long, cold hard stare at Systematica* But anyway, I hope the players got a kick out of me (or on me) and enjoyed it as much as I did, I tried my best but college and RL got in the way towards my time unfortunately. I'll have lots of screenies to post soon, thanks again for all the good times Vector 

Also, I thoroughly enjoyed the time with Acavaria and Xensei, we had a rough start but it was fun And also, Mne was very nice and helpful the few days I was able to interact with her, I wish she could of stuck around longer.

And the other Liaisons on Vector were cool too I suppose :p

I enjoyed the RP I had with you Pent, even though your evil vile scum....

I used to hunt Systematica as well though, fierce pvper and always fun to track down. I really enjoyed most the liasons on vector. I think we had a great group and even though i started on method/Recursion I ended up on Heuristic/Vector due to the RP.

For me, alot will be answered come our 5th Anual Club Hel party which we will be making a more formal anouncement on soon. It's always been a high spot for me each year, a chance to sit back relax, reflect with good friends and make more friends who I may not have talked to much.

I like some was interested in trying the Agency too, but now have been a little soured by the silence we have gotten here. If i was going to do a super hero one id lean more to champions too.

If anyone reads this that works for SOE you may want to pass this along to someone. I think we all just want to know whats going on and that there is a plan.

My level 17 alt on Syntax is perma flagged and has been since level 16. The level 50's or higher levels chase me about all the time. Granted I don't play on the server much. The perma flag macro is alright but it also seems to interupt other ones so a check box would be cool.

You know they won't release the subscription numbers but we could make an educated guess on the numbers by holding a census. Every faction leader does it within faction, then comes and in a new thread posts the number of active members they have. If every faction does it we will get a rough idea of the numbers per server. Granted those not in factions won't be counted but lets be honest some subs will be counted twice or more cause they have characters in more than one faction so it will even out.

Well just one more that has left, each one stings at this point but I wish you luck.

Just a different concept or idea that might solve some of the problems with server population.

But if you let anyone who already had a level 50 on any server when they make a new character start at a higher level say 30 (can be open for discussion) then the thought of leveling on another server might not be so bad. A merge may not be needed and people can try the others servers easier and may be more inclined to level.

I won't be one of them but it's an idea that I don't believe has been said before.

To anyone who has a character on Syntax and may think low server population isn't an issue. I recomend taking a moment to stand in a Recursion players shoes, create a lowbie and check it out and see the population for itself for a few days, move around do some /who's and you will get the picture for yourself.

I have purchased the game. We should get a list of players or steam id's so we can all buddy up and cause mayhem.

Personally, I think we haven't had a merge yet because SOE pays to have three servers for this game, so three servers it's gonna have. Doesn't have a *censored* thing to do with server pop or players wishes.  

I believe this statement, Recursion and Vector notice it more because we already have fewer players so when you loose one it has more of an impact. I'm sure it's happening on Syntax too but it is not yet as noticeable. Players have been leaving for some time now at a greater rate than we are replacing them. While the holidays may bring some people back we know they are only temporary.

I personally don't understand why some players on Syntax have to be selfish. Let Recursion merge with you as I have not heard a single compelling reason why they shouldn't be allowed other than server pride.

Eventually though and I predict within 2009 if SOE doesn't so something this game will be history. I am a veteran of the game, passionate about it but when I login, see fewer and fewer people to RP with or PVP with and all I do is farm gear cause thats all there is to do because of poor decision making on those who have the power then even I who said I would be here till the end question if thats what I want to do now.

I will be picking this up when it comes out. So count me in.
