Quick and dirty summary of the thread. You might be accidentally logging in twice. This is due to some weirdness in how the launcher responds to double clicks. The solution, select your character with one click(If not already selected) and then hit the connect button. It should work just fine.

Hm. This was the first mission I saw that happen and it did it consistently. I aborted and restarted the mission. Logged out completely and restarted, each time it did this. I was only able to complete because, 4.3.5 always points to the same building, letting me wait outside to intercept the walker.

There is a potentially mission breaking bug with this mission. One of the commando's will leizurely stroll out of the mission area out into the street and just vanish into the ether, making it impossible to complete unless you are already in front of the target building when you start the mission.

This happened to me before, but what I found out thwat the problem is (Or at least for me). You may be accidently trying to sign in twice, due to the way the patcher logs you in. The actual sign in is delayed a bit and it is quite easy to send another sign in request, which causes the message to appear.

In order to stop it, don't double click on your character name, rather single click the desired character and then hit the "select" button once and then do nothing. It might take about 4-10 seconds(maybe longer if your computer is older) but it will load up just fine.

That odd delay from selecting a character might be your problems.
