I would personally recommend George Orwell's "1984" and Plato's "Republic" and draw comparisons to our modern day society. Quite scary.

Virrago's already said SOE couldn't sell it even if they wanted to because they don't own the IP. This game is licensed to SOE by WB.

Saw it today and it kicked A**!  If you like Wolverine this is a no brainer.

It was officially announced in Oct. 2007 I think. I'm guessing it's been in development for at least 3 years now.

I experienced a little lag in Ashencourte (Syntax) last nite, but not too bad.

That poster would be me. My "ballistic, hysterically nasty" comments were aimed at Villemar and his alter-ego spikerbiker. It had nothing to do with the OP or the topic. Let's also be clear on one thing. I may have been vehement, but I didn't resort to calling names. That was them. Maybe this time the thread will stay on topic instead of ppl calling for the game to be unplugged and/or refusing to recognize that there are some ppl here who still enjoy this game for what it is. You may want to check and be sure that your PC meets the minimum requirements for the game since it does use alot of RAM. Syntax is the most populated server right now. Unfortunately there isn't a character transfer option in MxO, but you can create up to 9 characters. Recursion has a lower population which might be easier for your PC to handle.

Actually I do have FRAPS and used it to capture the codestream in the beginning of the vid. However, since I'll be using characters from the movies in later episodes, that ruled out using FRAPS completely. I'll probably still use it for particular sequences though. Thx for the vote.

I CCR'd this over the weekend and was told it's being looked into.

Didn't get a chance to participate in the hover battles, but thanks for contributing to MxO Vogt.

I havn't had a single problem with Syntax or Vector, so.....I think you're full of it

I've only been able to log into Recursion once today. Every other time the game gets to "Loading Character" then gives me the error message: "Failed to reconnect to margin server. Shutting down." I can log into Syntax and Vector without problems though. Anyone else experiencing this?

I've said it before that the PvP community wants this merge. I'm not worried about it though. This game will be cancelled before they merge the last 3 servers we have.

Meh, you picked what you wanted to. I posted more about this subject deeper in the thread. I'm not gonna argue this anymore. I'm confident SOE will cancel this game before they merge the servers. In short, it won't happen.

I'd love to see this implememted for MxO, but this game's engine is totally different from the other SOE titles. I think that's why we probably won't see this.
