I'm having the same problems with my launcher and I am not the least bit surprised.
It seems that everything on SOE's end is done on the fly, which shows a lack of management ability, technical insight and all around plain common sense.

Just keep pissing off "your" community one more last time.

I can't say I entirely disagree, I can't say I entirely agree with this either.

Keep in mind that for the European players who actually have a life besides The Matrix it's nearly impossible to be at a live event seeing that for us, they take place in the midst of night.
Not to mention getting these rewards!

I'm lucky enough I can find something special on the marketplace every now and then..

So yea, what about the EU players?
I pay for my game just as much as you guys do.
I play this game as much as you guys do in terms of hours a day.
Where's my reward then?
