Credit card rejected, but due to system problems

Im getting a authentication error saying i need more information yet i have a sub all my station info is correct like where i live etc also a strange thing... i click account in matrix online launcher and it takes me to the wb site i login and it asks for my credit card information but i already subbed i need some help please..

Ok it seems its not taking my credit card yet if i go in firefox to check my sub it says i already am subscribed yet WB is saying im not i type in my credit card information it says credit card rejected,system fault or somthing like that i know it isnt my CC

Ok, noob here just bought the game today subbed says i have a sub launch game took me about a 10mins just to see that im supposed to type in my login and password on some kinda DOS looking screen SMILEY

then it says authentication faliure your accout has beeen diabled for additional account information please click the account button brings me back to the WB page asking for my login i login then it says i already have sub anyone know what to do thanks i really wana get in and play this game already SMILEY
