I've tried disabling firewalls and antivirus software. It gets to 323k and it locks up.

Every time.

I download files from everywhere else on the net, but not Sony.

I sent a message to customer support...they sent me a download link to Everquest2.

It figures!

I've tried using both IE and Firefox, and they both download about 300k and then just hang there. This happens with both my laptop and my desktop.

Is there an alternate download site?
