It's time this was brought up here. Why am I making a new post? Because I'm going to make sure that the crap hits the fan and sprays everywhere!!!

Now at the end of the day, the various information that was given to us, was that the cut off date for subscribing was June 1st. Anyone who subscribed afterwards was unfortunately an error and fair enough they will be reimbursed for how much they paid.

However what is not acceptable is when people who have resubscribed as early as 26th of May, 5 days before the cutoff date, have not been allowed to enter the game. Even then the state the game is in now is appauling. Everybody has been downgraded by 10 levels and cannot use any abilities. All the different TSR's have got completely different stories to give when questioned about this entire screw up.

MxO is going to go out, we know that, we accept that (some of us at least) but at the end of the day, you promised that access for those who have subscribed before the cut off date of June 1st would be allowed into the game. This promise has not been fulfilled at all! If I wasn't in the UK I'd have reported SOE to whatever consumer agency you have in the United States.

It's shoddy it's unprofessional and it's downright insulting!
