Good luck to all the participants...for me, I don 't have the talent, but I can't wait to see the submissions.

Why don't we ever have a "Graphic Art Contest" and the winners will have their graphic art introduced as player armor, clothing, deco items, etc. ?

Since I'm from the UK, I'm not going to be able to enter this competition, however, could I submit a piece of art under the statement, I do not wish to recieve any "real-life" prize. Just the chance to be considered alongside the American applicants who meet the correct terms of submission?

Essentially, what I'm saying is everything you could potentially give me to congratulate me (again, theoretically, if I were to win) I would not ask for, renounce, or refuse to accept other than having the piece of art work put in-game - could I be considered as an applicant?

Hang on to it.   I'll be running a few forum challenges for the 6th Anniversary too. While it won't have the same rewards, it will be just a fun to take part in! They won't start until June though.

So, essentially, no - I wouldn't be considered even if I stated I wanted nothing more than for the art (if deemed to be the most applicable) to be entered into the game?

To be honest, that should be the only reward in the first place.

The person is saying even IF a reward monetary or otherwise were to be given they would decline to just have the satisfaction of knowing thier submission were to be placed in the game.
