Beginning at 4:00 AM PST on Wednesday, March 11th, all U.S. and European servers will be undergoing maintenance. During this maintenance you will be unable to log-in to all games and account management tools, and you will be disconnected from the server if you are already logged in.

I'd like to add to what Brenlo has already stated. Our ops team is working on this, as are key members of the SWG team. That noted, the majority of the team is at home getting ready to catch some Z's.

We are doing what we can to resolve the issue, and will do our level best to keep you updated (as my boss Brenlo has been!) but we do ask for some patience. We are after hours and appreciate your understanding.

Due to an unexpected outage in our network center, all SOE websites, forums, and login servers are currently unavailable. This outage does not currently affect the game servers and players who are currently in game should not be affected.

The SOE network and operations teams are working toward a resolution at this moment, and as soon as we can provide an ETA for a restoration of these services, this post will be updated. We apologize for this unexpected outage, and thank you for your understanding.
