I was told that if I had an issue with either a moderator or staff member that I should not express such issues in the forums but PM them directly.  Having done so, I now have lost my PM priviledges.  Once again the iron fist of forum insanity is displayed.  The reality is that they dont want any criticism, constructive or otherwise, and anyone that dares to express an opinion in public or private gets banned.

Clearly the VG team needs to work on its people skills.

just my opinion but I see this as a game issue that needs to be resolved.

That's why I place my critisism of the mods directly on the forum for everyone to see.  At least then I have witnesses SMILEY I guess that is now the only way you can say anything.  They kind of screwed themselves.

unfortunately a direct call to that number doesnt actually give you an option to speak to anyone regarding such matters. You can, however close your account, or get technical help if there is some technical reason that forum PM's dont work.  This is much like when you get the message from a moderator that says you have been banned and tells you to PM if you feel it should not have happened but, guess what, you cant because you have been banned. Catch22

I have brought the matter to the attention of the admins. Maybe a misunderstanding, and maybe you crossed the line, I don't know. Either way, only one thread is necessary and it's still open (the admins can close it when the issue is resolved). This one is locked.

This is an issue with a problem we are having with our subscription server today. We don't actually have the ability to remove the Private Message feature from a single person.

You may want to try logging out of the forums, then deleting your browser cookies, close browser, and then reopen and login. That should help.
