*In a meeting between Flood the Merovingian's right hand man and several key faction leaders he expressed the leaders disappoint in recent events. In missing out to the Zion faction closely but that hardly matter to Flood as he poured scorn on the massed group.*
You are lucky you are talking to me instead of the Merovingian himself. His disappointment in your failure was palpable.
Yesterday, we were at the top of the food chain. We were poised for a incredible upset.
If only you had listened to me yesterday, when I had warned you against complacency!
Today we would have had the Agents and their precious meat batteries exactly where we wanted them.
WHERE WE NEEDED THEM!
But no. Instead, you allowed those whining Zealots to get the better of us.
TO GET THE BETTER OF THE MEROVINGIAN!
Perhaps where victory failed shame will serve as a source of motivation.
However...
If public humiliation is not enough to motivate you, I have another idea for your consideration.
The word fear comes to mind.
Later this evening, you will be reporting to the Merovingian himself.
BECAUSE IF YOU THINK I AM GOING TO BEAR THE BRUNT OF FAILURE ANY FURTHER, YOU HAVE A LOT TO LEARN, HUMANS!
Todays lesson is as follows, try to keep up shall we?
Find the red-eyed agents. If that task was difficult for you to fathom after our chat yesterday, here's a hint:
They are roaming in the streets in packs, and identifiable by, if you can imagine, brightly glowing red eyes.
When you see them you will kill them. You will then harvest their fragments, and then bring them to our collector.
At which point you will repeat the process all over again.
Find. Kill. Collect. Return. Repeat.
There, is that simple enough?
Because if you cant manage that, I have one word for you...
Hide.
