"Listen up soldiers, I'm only gonna say this once. I have some important information that I must speak with you about, but before I tell you the location of the meeting, I must give you some instructions. I only want a couple people to represent each faction. If you're not in a faction, you're welcome to come as well, but I would like to have only 2 people from each group to represent. We don't want to threaten the integrity of the Matrix. Come to Tabor Park West in 5 minutes. If you can't follow my orders we will not have a meeting.
