Requirement Set 1
You can use this item to start a mission in the International District if you're at least level 30 and have at least 20 reputation. It will be removed from your inventory when you complete the mission, but if there's a part of the mission that you want to repeat, you can abort the mission, and then use the item to start it again. If you complete the mission and want to run it again, just come back here and get another of these items.

The Override Trace? That's rare data found on some programs who've been accelerated by an override program. I hear they've been spotted in Shirakaba, where there's been trouble with overrides and Machines.

To qualify, you'll need to take out Override Function programs who've been causing trouble in Baldwin Heights; they've sometimes got those fragments with them.
