Ic3b3rg: How are things going for you on the Logos II?
Merrit: Very enjoyable so far. I hope that I am fitting in well.
Ic3b3rg: And is Niobe your captian on that ship?
Merrit: Of course.
Ic3b3rg: As a opertive of Zion, what is it that you like to do the most when you are in the matrix?
Merrit: Working in many forms of communications has always been my thing. I assume that has to do with why I was selected for this position.
Ic3b3rg: so your posistion on the Logos II is a communications expert?
Merrit: Somewhat. More of a liason between Captain Niobe and our
operatives on the other hovercrafts. The Council as well, to a certain extent.
Ic3b3rg: That is interesting.
Ic3b3rg: Well, as I have said the other day, I do have some information about the commandos
Ic3b3rg: It would seem that the Merv had scientists working on a new kind of weapon to combat the Commando raids.
Ic3b3rg: A close proximity weapon was devoloped, named EMCP, or an electro-Magnetic Code Pulse.
Merrit: Ah, I have heard rumors, but not the specific name.
Ic3b3rg: Details on how this weapon actually works are not revealed to me
through my source, but I fear this new weapon might be used on us once the Merv has taken care of the commandos.
Merrit: So, you believe this weapon poses a threat to humans?
Ic3b3rg: In its current form I am not sure, However, if the Merv has enough time he might see fit to change its targerting from commandos to all the opertives who pose a threat to him. Possibly starting with Niobe.
Ic3b3rg: Seeing how she has some sort of vendetta with him.
Merrit: Well, it would seem our best bet is to not allow him enough time.
Ic3b3rg: I do have....a certian belife
Merrit: If you come across more information on this weapon, please do not hesitate to forward it to me. The more we learn, the better prepared we will be. And sooner is much more favorable than later.
Ic3b3rg: Once I was freed from the lie of the matrix and shown the truth, I felt my purpose was to help secure the future for all living things. And now I might have a solution for everyone invovled. But it is risky.
Ic3b3rg: I will be sure to ask my source for any and all information about this particular matter.
Ic3b3rg: I think we can still have a truce, even a co-exsitance with the machines outside of the matrix, and give them an unlimited power supply without humans.
Ic3b3rg: The problem is how to unscortch the sky. I think the Merv may have information on this, and that is why I must have him alive to find out what he knows, he might not be willing to part with that information, but if i can conveince his mistress, she might
Merrit: What has convinced you that the Merovingian holds such information?
Ic3b3rg: be able to assist me in obtaining it. The Merv, his mistress and the Cypherites can all be placed in the Matrix or a construct to live out their days. And the rest of humanity may be spared.
Ic3b3rg: That is something that is on faith alone. As a powerful person in the matrix it is his buisness to know everything, I am willing to stake my life on the line that he knows that information or possibly stoel it from the machines so that noone can use it
Ic3b3rg: so that the matrix might be brought down and his empire destroyed
Ic3b3rg: So you must see the problem here.
Ic3b3rg: If we want to save lives, we must take him alive and risk death by
his new weapon.
Ic3b3rg: Or rush in and try to kill him before he has time to get the weapon ready to kill us, and not having a chance to save everyone,.
Merrit: There are a lot of unknown variables in your theory, Ic3b3rg.
Ic3b3rg: Yes
Ic3b3rg: And my journey starts with the Oracle...but she is hard to find.
Merrit: Indeed she is.
Ic3b3rg: Do you know of the death of Morpheus and the Assassin?
Merrit: What variables are known, however, are that the Merovingian is responsible for the murder of a human life, and possibly has the ability to continue taking lives.
Ic3b3rg: Indeed, he does have some very powerfull programs by his side.
Ic3b3rg: The Assassin was one such program.
Merrit: He must be stopped, and I fully believe he will not allow himself to be stopped by any means other than his own destruction.
Merrit: Hello, Xzack.
Ic3b3rg: It was rumored that Morphues was killed by The Assassin, and his body was on display. Certian things did not add up however.
Ic3b3rg: During a mission from Zion command, I stumbled on a paper that had a mission Morpheus did awhile back. He escaped capture from agents by faking his death. At the funeral, the showing of his body it kept turning into flys. I feel he faked his death there
Ic3b3rg: to escape The Assassin. If that is true, then maybe The Assassin's kill code bullets and gun are not really true.
Ic3b3rg: I come to realize that if i believe in half of what i see, and nothing in what i hear you might find the truth.
Merrit: Perhaps it was a cruel joke by the Assassin. But that would raise the question of why Morpheus would do such a thing?
DarkGhst: That is a good question.
Merrit: That could prove to be a wise philosophy, Ic3b3rg.
Ic3b3rg: Only him and the Oracle would know that answer.

Ic3b3rg: I heard you were almost in an ambush the other day. Are you ok?
Merrit: An ambush? Where did you hear such information?
Ic3b3rg: I can not reveal my sources for fear of deletion, but I would ask you if this was true?
Merrit: If it were true, it would appear the attempt must not have been a good one.
Ic3b3rg: As I would imagine, being an opertive on the Logos II. I would like to extend my services to you in the future if you do require some....muscle. I think I can accomdate you and assist with your inquries of other opertives.
Merrit: I will keep that in mind, Ic3b3rg. It is possible that Niobe may have some assignments in mind for the future. I will keep you informed of any developments.
