*Eliminate a dangerous Sleepwalker boss.*
Flood: You know, I've had no end of trouble over this "concert" mess. Not only has Malphas been gallivanting about, wasting his time trying to find that Metacortex executive who supposedly claimed the concerts were part of his retirement party--and has not been heard from since; I assume he's been dead for some time now--but now we have reports that at least one of those mundanely hued "Sleepwalker" thugs somehow survived the feedback effect that followed the shutdown of their generators.
Needless to say, he's been scaring off our customers in the area. This is bad for business, Amador5069, and neither I nor the Merovingian will stand for it! I assume you know what you must do.
Operator: The reports said the Sleepwalker was somewhere in that building. I'm bettering they're not going to be in such a great mood.
Wasp: Thought you'd...got us all, didn't you? *cough* I may not have much time left...but I'll be damned if I don't make you pay for your interference before I go!
Wasp: Damn you!
Operator: I'm reading some unusual code on their body. See what they've got.
Operator: Looks like code fragments of some sort. Upload them to me at a hardline. If they're clean, I'll repack them and send them back to you, so make sure you have a couple free spots in your inventory when you go to upload them.
Operator: Downloading the frags now...
Flood: So you found a set of those "Blue Frags" the Sleepwalkers were using? That's nice. I'd take them, since you found them while in my employ, but frankly I have no use for the dreadful things. Maybe you can pawn them off to one of those "Blue Sky" vendors, if they're still hanging around the concert sites like pigs in swill.
Speaking of swill, I believe another mimosa is in order as I celebrate the death of the last of those ridiculous Sleepwalkers. Bumblers. They didn't know the first thing about hacking the System, which is that you never, ever exploit in such a way that the System will detect you. They could have milked that blue energy hack of theirs indefinitely, if only they'd had an ounce of sense between them. And now they've gone and ruined it for the rest of us, shoving it in everyone's face so the Machines had to fix it. May the Source spare me from amateurs!
