The Omega
Requirement Sets 1 and 2
You have accepted the Matrix in the most obvious sense; you'd have drowned in your pod if you hadn't. But have you accepted the Matrix as it is, for what it is? Are you willing to live in this massive, flawed simulation, or are you simply looking for a way out?
Requirement Sets 3 and 4
You hack the simulation; you pick it apart, bit by bit, just by being here. The Matrix has never gone this long without a full restart; it has never been bombarded by so many hostile, alien codes.
We cannot avoid the harm that our bodies and minds do simply by consequence of their existence, but we can attempt to make amends.
Requirement Sets 5 and 6
This version of the Matrix is history's largest example of planned obsolescence: a virtual world whose end is encoded in its beginning.
But this time, the rules were changed. The intended errors have not been wiped clean; they have been left to fester and multiply. Smith is more than just a bogey-man.
Most try to avoid these...quirks. I, on the other hand, have made their study my primary pursuit. Some can be neutralized. Others can be manipulated--even reversed. For instance, I can change the coats made by Binary Boy in Creston Heights from black to white.
Requirement Sets 7 and 8
