Rare items are rare for a reason, why spend all the years collecting everything and spend alot of time doing it, for them to just hand everything out? I am just saying, I spent all 4 years collecting everything, I dont want it to seem like I wasted all that time. Its the only thing I got left.

Now, a collector for the winter, anniversary, and halloween stuff would be nice. Also, one with the old clothes, and Fly Virus Immunity, I would like that.

I'm a little shocked that this is still being quoted by SOE Admins.  It's like there's a total disconnect between the CSRs, TSRs, and the frontline responders.

Raijinn, are you aware that the customer service reps are all saying that, in fact, the cutoff date was May 28th and not June 1st, which is why so many people have lost their accounts?

Yeah, actually I've seen you all quote the CSR's quite a bit. I believe that 27th/28th date was an internal date set or something along those lines however in the mailer it did state the 1st as the cut-off. It's pretty confusing for you all (and myself to some extent) but we hope to get this clarified and resolved in the near future.

It seems crystal clear to me, the cut off date was publically billed as the 1st June.  May 27th being an internal date that nobody outside of SOE knew about.

Either fix, or give us our money back.

They could at least just keep 1 server running. They havnt done anything anyway, so it cant cost that much, at least 15 bucks like they were doing. I hope they change it to keep 1 server running or sell it to someone. I have never seen a game this unique. And there is no other game that lived up to this one. I am really going to miss it, everyone can say its just a game, but after 4-5 years, its been my game everyday for 4-5 years.
